Doubt regarding attribution from ads. i will not promote

So I run tiktok spark ads and there are multiple campaigns running. So I am facing an issue where in adjust I can see the conversions respective to these campaigns and also there is a similar hype in organic installs. Is there any way that we understand how these organic install comes and from which campaign. Is it actually a bottleneck for mmp's.

Or are there any methods we should follow to avoid that?

How many of you take your whey protein after workout?

Is there an advantage when you take your whey protein after workout? I have heard theories that right after your workout the protein absorption is more, so it is better to take your protein during that time.

What is the conversion rate difference between ads and organic content?

Is it normal for conversion rate from ads to be lower than organic content and if so how much? I have started running ads in tiktok for my health and fitness app and the conversion rate has been less compared to earlier days when I had only organic content. Is that normal or am I missing something?

Boiled banana or normal banana?

I prefer eating ripe banana normally without boiling. I have heard that boiled banana is easier to digest but is there any added nutritional advantage of eating boiled bananas? Can I just go by my tastebuds?

Download to paywall conversion rate is > 7.5% for all users except for tiktok

I am running organic content and ads in instagram and tiktok, I get similar or maybe more downloads in tiktok than instagram, but the paywall conversion rate is on the poles comparing both. While the conversion rate is more than 7.5% on average for meta ads or instagram content, the tiktok ads and content has the conversion rate at less than 3%. Why would that be?

Also the conversion rate has remained at a good average throught which makes me confident on the app. I am doing something wrong with the tiktok ads or the creatives.

How Magnesium May Support Better Sleep

Magnesium supports healthy sleep by helping regulate neurotransmitters that promote relaxation and calm the nervous system, making it especially beneficial for people with anxiety or a "busy brain" at bedtime. It also contributes to the production of melatonin, the hormone that regulates the body's natural sleep-wake cycle.

Additionally, magnesium may improve sleep quality in some people by reducing nighttime leg cramps or easing symptoms of restless legs syndrome, helping them stay asleep more comfortably.

Unless you are prone to constipation, a form that is gentler on the intestinal system, such as magnesium glycinate, or is less expensive, such as magnesium oxide, might be better choices.

Low-fat plant based diet for type-2 diabetes

A low-fat, plant-based diet presents an evidence-supported approach for managing type 2 diabetes. This is particularly true through its effects on weight management, high fibre content, and potential anti-inflammatory effects.

It is also important to acknowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. While some individuals may experience significant improvements, others may find alternative dietary patterns more suitable for their lifestyle and long-term adherence.

Likewise, it is important to remember that you do not necessarily have to go “all or nothing” overnight. Many people find success by starting with one plant-based day per week or simply swapping one daily meal for a plant-based option to see how their body and their blood sugar respond.

Daily myth buster - Eating late at night

One nutrition myth I believed for years:

"Don't eat after 8 PM or it'll turn straight into fat."

If I ate a sandwich at 9 PM, I'd feel guilty. But if I ate the exact same sandwich at 6 PM, somehow it felt "healthy."

The more I learned, the more it seemed like the bigger issue wasn't the time on the clock. It was what usually happens at night.

Most of us aren't reaching for chicken and vegetables at 10 PM.

We're grabbing chips. Ice cream. Random snacks while scrolling on our phones.

Maybe late-night eating isn't the problem. Maybe late-night overeating is.

How to manage your energy levels

I used to think effort and output were the same thing. Push harder, run faster, get fitter. So I did. I went out too hot on every run, hit a wall by kilometer three, limped home, and wondered why my times weren't improving. Turns out I wasn't training smart, I was just training tired.

If you've been stuck in the same cycle, grinding every session at the same all-out effort, burning out mid-run, and seeing no real progression the fix isn't more willpower. It's understanding how to manage your energy across different types of runs.

Let me know how you manage your energy levels based on the runs that you do.

Things to check before you chose you whey protein

Most people buy whey protein the same way they buy ice cream. They look at the flavor first. Then the brand name. Maybe the price.

But the weird thing is that the stuff that actually matters is usually hidden on the back label.

I realized this when I started comparing different whey proteins side by side. Some tubs looked almost identical from the front, but the nutrition labels told a completely different story.

One had barely 20g of protein per serving. Another was loaded with sweeteners and fillers. Some didn't even clearly show the amino acid profile. A few had surprisingly low BCAA content.

Now, before buying whey, I check things like the type of whey (concentrate vs isolate), protein per serving, amino acid profile, BCAA content, added sugars, and whether the product has any third-party testing.

The more I look at labels, the more I feel like a lot of people are paying for branding rather than what's actually inside the tub.
