Price increase

Has anyone else noticed how expensive everything on the site is now?
I ordered some Cookies and Cream whey protein just after Christmas (2 packs of 2.5kg), used it up and went to order some more. Not only is it now insanely expensive but they also no longer stock Cookies and Cream as a protein.
Does anyone know what's going on? Seems absolutely insane.

I also did the depressing thing of looking at how much it cost on my first order over 10 years ago...needless to say that it was upsetting.

Can't ship me my order, can't respond to chats, but they can send marketing emails twice a day

This company has gone down hill in terms of quality, support, and price. I would highly recommend not buying from them.

Is this a Deal?Atom Performance Whey

Hey everyone,

What’s the actual difference between regular whey protein and performance whey? Can I just go for performance whey instead? Does it work the same way for daily protein requirements and muscle recovery, or is there a noticeable difference in results or digestion?

Would appreciate some clarity from anyone who has used both..

Take a look at this ATOM Performance Whey 1Kg Pista Fusion Whey Protein on Flipkart :

Myprotein wouldn’t cancel my order 20 minutes after I placed it

I accidentally ordered the wrong protein and realized it about 20 minutes after placing the order. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel it, but they said it had already entered the dispatch process and couldn’t be cancelled.

The tracking still only showed “Shipping Label Created” at the time.

Now I have to wait for it to arrive, keep it unopened, and return it. What’s frustrating is that I may also have to pay the return shipping cost myself simply because I tried to cancel the order shortly after placing it.

I understand orders need to ship quickly, but not being able to cancel an order 20 minutes after placing it seems ridiculous.

Never buying again from My protein

Good isolate alternatives?

Went to GNC and saw optimum nutrition isolate protein bottle was over $100, which is insane (I’ve heard about the reasons causing the price hike) but just curious to hear what alternative isolate protein brands other people use and like, & are hopefully cheaper 🤞🏾

Did Impact Whey cost more than doubled in the last 12 months?

Couldn't believe my eyes today and thought there's no way I paid this much before. Went back to check my order history and I was right. Impact Whey was £45 for 2.5kg last year and just 12 months later, it more than doubled to £97.

Paid £33 for 5KG back in 2017.

What caused this drastic increase?

Awful experience with MyProtein CS

Order #764450632

Very disappointing experience with MyProtein.

My whey protein arrived in a damaged package, and I found small black sticky objects inside that looked like rodent droppings. I reported the issue to customer service immediately and asked for a refund.

Instead of properly handling my request, MyProtein sent a replacement without my approval. When I again requested a refund, I was then told that I would have to pay the shipping costs myself to return the product. Considering that the problem was caused by the damaged delivery, I find this completely unacceptable.

I understand that shipping damage can happen. The real problem for me is how MyProtein handled the complaint. Communication was poor, my request was not respected, and I was left to deal with a situation I did not cause.

After this experience, I would not recommend MyProtein.

£4.5kg of impact whey for £299.99!?

How can they justify this!?

I am done.

That price is beyond extortionate. I am genuinely mind blown.

Absolutely insane.

My most recent order is disgusting?

I have been using myprotein for 10+ years now but this is the final straw, I have been getting cookies and cream for years as it was the best flavour, now my most recent order is incredibly chalky tasting, and leave a strange mouth feel and tastes like disgusting cheap sweeteners, I could always justify staying with them because the flavour was nice but this is my last order from them.

Has anyone else noticed a change in quality??

Protein Powder-Orgain, Equip

Hello all, I stopped using whey protein because it caused acne and bloat and went to Orgain. However I heard Orgain has high level of heavy metals in it. I am considering trying Equip or another beef-based protein.

Are Orgain products safe to use? Before I heard about this, I recently bought Orgain creatine, collagen, and protein powder from Costco. Have opened them all, so unsure if Costco will let me return them. Just curious if they’re safe to finish or if I shouldn’t touch any of them.

Also, if you have any feedback on Equip or another rec, that’s appreciated!
