Protein US equivalent?

Is there anything good like this in the U.S.? I’ve had this in Europe and UK and never found a real « equivalent »

Protein pudding - 168 calories, 20g protein
Actually tastes good like pudding

Barebells birthday cake

Not much to say about this one except it's just okay. Tastes like a white chocolate protein bar. No birthday cake flavor detected. Could pass for a Special K bar if you blindfolded me. 7/10 only because it has sprinkles.

Finding different ways to meet my daily protein goals

Bought these taali protein puffs out of curiosity, as it claims 10g protein. Surprisingly found it tasty and tastes similar to our old age cheese balls

Has anyone else tried this for their protein goals?

Barebells banana bars

I wanted to taste both bars side by side. Banana dream wins in the flavour dept - it is more banana-y than the banana bread and the chocolate is thicker and more indulgent. Macros obvs not as good. Banana bread has a much more subtle banana flavour coupled with a subtle nutty taste. It’s yum but doesn’t taste like banana bread and IMO is overhyped. Wouldn’t get again.

Banana dream: 9/10 (top 3 Barebells of all time)
Banana bread: 6.5/10

(this is just my opinion, I fully appreciate other people will disagree with me)

100 cal Ndulge non-coated mint and chocolate fudge bars

Fine macros: double the protein V most Froyo bars like yasso, and no sugar. Much more like eating one of the cheap sugar free fudgesicle pops than any creamy yogurt though, and devoid of any discernible chips or texture (even visually, the bars are nearly homogenous in color). Take agesssss to get soft and never really get very smooth of fluffy, but are still refreshing and not grainy. Lack sweetness but are not sour, at least. These retail 9.99 for only 3 which seems insane, although they are large and take a bit to consume since they are not creamy/fluffy or something to melt in the mouth. I prefer these to the dipped versions, since there is less of a stark contrast between the base and texture and the base has a bit more flavor. (But that is not saying a lot, as I had a very poor disappointing experience with the icy and flavorless dipped bars.)
These do not hold a candle to anything like the old enlightened bars, and aren’t worth purchasing over a high protein ice cream like frozen one or protein pints. I also really wish they had some fiber added —they could really benefit from the sweetness of chicory root or inulin or soluble form fiber, and I imagine it would help texture, as well.

Legendary blueberry protein "pop-tart"

It was a slow Sunday evening at The Vitamin Shoppe. I stood in the aisle surveying the selection of protein bars, the sole shopper in the store, having ventured out in boredom figuring I'd entertain myself by picking a few new protein snacks. The manager tending the register, being the only other soul in the establishment, asked for the third time if I needed any help. Gazing indecisively at a wall of protein pastries, I thought I'd let him be helpful and asked - what's the most popular Legendary product here?

He looked blankly at me. "Honestly, none of them. I hate them all."

So much for the help, dude.

So like a little glutton for punishment, I picked up the blueberry one and ran to taste this sinful abomination.

Unwrapped, it looks unappealing. The coloring is unnerving and it sticks to the wrapper. But the smell... smells like that scrumptious fake blueberry you'd find in your breakfast Pop-Tart or lunchbox Nutri Grain bar as a kid. And I'm pleasantly surprised to report, the flavor is quite nice and redeeming. The soft outer "pastry" portion tastes like a nice sweet dough, and as you can see from the last photo (cut open) there is a fairly thick and gooey blueberry filling. Tastes like artificial blueberry, but in a good way.

This was an enjoyable novelty protein snack. Not one that I'd purchase by the box, but I'm happy I tried it nonetheless and am curious to try other Legendary products.

This is dangerously good

As far as I know this brand is only found at Wegmans and Target. I had the Salted Caramel the other day and it was so good. Saved/counted my calories today so I could eat the pint haha

Worth it!

Elevation protein bar

Bought a box of these and a golden cracker flavored ones. Both taste really good, just too high on the calorie to protein intake. But the box of 4 was $3 so why not

My Greek yogurt mashup

I normally bring a Oikos Triple Zero yogurt to work for a mid morning snack. A week or so ago, I mixed up my own that I’ve been really pleased with.

-100 grams (about 3.5 ounces) mixed frozen berries
-90 grams (just over 3 ounces) Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt
-20 grams (3/4ish ounces) vanilla protein powder
1 tsp Monk Fruit sweetener

160 calories/19 grams protein / 214 total grams for 1 serving vs.
90 calories / 15 grams protein / 150 grams for Oikos.
90 calories /150 grams for Oikos

I made 5 servings today and put it in a bowl for the week.

If this isn’t your thing, cool. However, if you like this sort of snack, consider trying and adjusting desired.

Any vegan protein snack recommendations? [text]

I’m looking for any high protein snack or meal options that are easy to take to go or make quick at home. I’m not actually vegan (no hate to vegans out there) but I am allergic to eggs and whey (including beef) so that excludes most non-vegan snacks that I’m aware of. I’m super active and with my busy schedule/restrictions I find it nearly impossible to reach protein goals unless it’s my literal job.

Some easy meal recipes are also welcome! I live on protein pasta, chicken, edamame, and spinach at the moment. Just no eggs or whey
