High fiber protein bars?

Do these even exist other than Quest bars? I tend to stick with Quest because of the protein and the fiber content, but almost every other bar I've looked at only has 1-2 grams of fiber. Is there another protein bar that has a higher fiber content other than just Quest bars? I enjoy them, but would like a little variety lol.

Hi all! Lifelong nail biter here who decided to stop biting and grow my nails out almost a year ago.

I was a biter with peeling nails and now people ask me if my nails are my real nails. They are!

I found a bunch of tiny bottles of the old formula OPI Nail Envy at Dollar Tree last summer and bought ALL OF THEM. I started using that religiously and oiling my nails and cuticles every time I thought about it. I kept my nails ALWAYS painted even though they were stubby and uneven.

Sorry about the tipwear in the progress photo - I've had this polish on for a few days now!

Clawing my way back

My ex-husband and I split up at the end of 2023. It was a DV situation. I kept the house and the car.

HOWEVER, due to going from two incomes to just me, I paid my car loan late a couple of times, and some things went to collections -- I probably had around $1000 worth of collections to pay off.

I have clawed my way from a low-500s credit score to around 620 today and am actively working on repairing my credit, paying off collections accounts mostly.

It's not URGENT that I have good credit, as I already own a home and a car, but when my car dies, I'd like to not have to get a loan with a god awful interest rate like the one I have now.

My question really is -- how long do those late payments stay on my report? My goal is to be over 700 by sometime next year. Do they really stay for 7 years? Seems unfair since I did pay.... eventually lol.
