48 hours in Lima, where to eat and what not to miss?

Hi,

I have 48 hours in Lima before heading to Northern Chile for some intense hiking. For this reason, I want to be extra careful with eating out while being able to try local specialties.

I travel a lot but this is my first time in South America, therefore my gut has never been expose to the local germs and i am a pescetarian.

Appreciate if you can share recommendations on what to try (and what to avoid) and places you'd recommend! thanks in advance
