how to continue to keep progressing

Hi all, i wrote a few months ago to share my frustration with my current school A. Since then, I took the matter into my own hands and start going to free training in school B (2-3 times a month).

Adding free training and 2 weekly ashtanga practices to my aerial training really made a difference in terms of strength and approaching dynamic moves.

I am at a point where I am learning more by myself and by tips of peers during free training than in class. For context, i am an intermediate moving towards advanced (i still need momentum to invert with straight arms). I taught myself how to roll from front balance to reverse, how to do dynamics from meat hook and somewhat front rolls.

I am building my presence in school B hoping i can move there next year for their course. however. everyone in my current school A is unhappy and will try to get there in school B next year...

In case I don't manage to get a spot in school B, what would make sense to keep seeing progress? Technically, I still need to attend classes so I am thinking of going to school A but only once a week and have 1 or 2 fixed free training session every week. I could add to this monthly workshops they run. How would you organise this for optimal results? thanks in advance for your opinions.

48 hours in Lima, where to eat and what not to miss?

Hi,

I have 48 hours in Lima before heading to Northern Chile for some intense hiking. For this reason, I want to be extra careful with eating out while being able to try local specialties.

I travel a lot but this is my first time in South America, therefore my gut has never been expose to the local germs and i am a pescetarian.

Appreciate if you can share recommendations on what to try (and what to avoid) and places you'd recommend! thanks in advance
