I booked a 5 night stay on Hotels.com for an accomodation called "Sea View at Great Location" https://hotels.com/ho3819054944/sea-view-at-great-location/

Paid half the fee - 135 EUR - in advance. The other half is paid 7 days before arrival. Hlaf the booking fee is lost if cancelling.

A further study of the reviews seem to indicate that this is a bait-and-switch kind of private rental with the actual accomodation being really bad and nothing like the photos.

Anyone tried this accomodation? And what would you do, risk the money and keep the booking, or cancel, find something better and lose half the fee?

How much is the salary of soi6 bar girls per month , if they don't meet the drinks quota they get it reduced I understand that much , some of them ignore you when you walk through though like they aren't interested or play on there phone

I had the time of my life last night at Soi Buakao and Soi Chaiyaphoon, and Pattaya is full of people, having a good time. Beach Road was full of people, sitting on the beach or just walking around at 130am Pattaya Wednesday morning. Breakfast at the hotel just now was also full of people tucking in. All those posts online claiming Pattaya is dead, is simply untrue.

I am a writer, written some books about bar girls in SE Asia. Heard the price increased from 10 baht to 15 baht. I am not complaining about the price as its great value for money.

But it was hard enough finding 10 baht coins, now you need a 5 baht coin as well.

What is everyone doing? Do you actually have and pay the 15 baht? Do you just give 20 baht or the smallest coin or note you have at the time?
