Anyone been almost bed bound with LC fatigue & recovered?

Any positive stories?

When the fatigue had you almost bed bound? But eventually you either recovered or improved considerably.

Only positive stories please, as I find some of the negative ones triggering.

This isn't my first rodeo ride with long covid. I originally developed LC back in 2020 & managed to recover 90% around the 11 months mark.

This is my first major relapse in 5 years, the difference this time is, the fatigue feels considerably worse than 2020.

I manage to walk around my apartment, if I pace myself.. However going outdoors/driving or climbing stairs is proving difficult & causes a flare up of my symptoms.

I have head pressure & tinnitus too, and possibly POTS.

The only thing that gives me hope is, that I recovered from this illness once already.

My medication/supplements stack is:

  1. LDN (Low Dose)
  2. Longvida curcumin (best for absorption & neuroimflamation)
  3. Omega 3 IFOS certified (best for absorption & neuroimflamation)
  4. Magnesium Glycinate
  5. C0Q10
  6. Nicotine patches (not used these yet)
  7. Vitamin D K2

Why do I feel worse after pacing?

I am experiencing a significant relapse.

The first one in 5 years. I originally developed LC back in 2020, but I recovered to 95% over a period of 12 months.

This relapse happened 11 weeks ago.. I foolishly triggered a secondary relapse at week 6 by cleaning my apartment.

I have been pacing very carefully, resting loads, avoiding anything that would cause a relapse. Have been house bound for weeks.

I'm avoiding MCAS triggers by cleaning up my diet & taking supplements.

However I feel worse? I have developed a touch of Shortness of breath, over the last few days.

Why do I feel worse even though I am taking strict measures to rest and minimise relapses.

Is it normal to improve & relapse again?

Over the last two weeks, the pressure in my head & the ringing in my ears (tinnitus) seemed to have eased off & pretty much cleared up.

However yesterday the tinnitus came back & so did the head pressure.

I did a little activity yesterday, very minor.. nothing accessive. Just a 2 minutes walk to my car & back. I stayed within the envelope of what I am currently capable of.

Is this something other people have experienced.. Symptoms come back for no apparent reason?

Has anyone used LDN & Nicotine patches at the same time?

I recently tried Nicotine patches for 3 days, hoping it would help with my LC fatigue. The fatigue seem to have gotten a little more intense in those 3 days, however the pressure in my head & tinnitus seemed to have got a little better.

I'm not sure why my fatigue felt worse once I started patching.. Maybe just coincidence.

My LDN treatment will be arriving on Monday.. I will be using it (low dosage) immediately.. However I want to try the Nicotine Patches again.

Should I use both together? Or try the LDN alone for a couple of weeks & see which helps me the most.

Thai Girls Vs UK Girls

Since I began spending more & more time in Pattaya (twice a year) I have kinda lost interest in women in the UK.

I don't really bother to date them, neither do I find many of them attractive anymore.

Kinda feels exhausting trying to date them.

Anyone else experienced this?

Does ploy actually enjoy sex?

If she is getting banged 3 times a day, five times a week. A whole variety of dick rearranging her guts on a regular basis.

Do they get to the point where they barely feel a thing when having sex?

Can you earn money as a DJ in Thailand?

I'm just curious, as I DJ in the UK as a side gig, and tend to make some extra cash, while I run my business.

Pattaya is wall to wall clubs/bars/events, this got me wandering if there is a potential to make money outhere in Thailand.

I had a friend/colleague who went out to Thailand to work as a teacher, however I recall him becoming a drum & bass DJ while outhere & actually doing pretty well.

Is it normal for a secondary relapse to feel worse?

I relapsed in the midst of a previous relapse, and it feels much worse. Is it normal for a secondary relapse to be worse?

This is my timeline.

Year 2000 - Initial Long Covid illness sets in. Takes me around 9 months to recover to 90% my former self.

May 2026 - I suffer a relapse, after 5 years of living a pretty normal life, apart from very mild symptoms that I recover from quickly. The relapse was bought on by pushing myself way too hard (no reinfection)

Even though this 2026 relapse felt awful, I was still able to walk a good 10-15 minutes & I didn't have the head pressure & tinnitus. Unfortunately I made the big mistake of cleaning my apartment one day & this caused another relapse.

This current relapse has made the fatigue significantly worse. I can't walk for more than 5 minutes now, and the tinnitus is quite bad. I am about 5 weeks into recovery from this secondary relapse.

I am being EXTRA careful & limiting my activity, with lots of rest and sleep. Taking supplements & Nicotine Patches. Currently waiting on my LDN medication to arrive.

Anyone recovered and relapsed after a very long time?

Developed Long Covid in 2020, pretty much fully (90%) recovered over a 10-12 months period.

Had a major relapse 11 weeks ago, after living a healthy (90%) life for around 5 years.

This happened to anyone else, a significant relapse after years gone by?

Have you guys managed to get lucky cold approaching girls in Pattaya?

Clearly the easiest way to get laid in Pattaya is to P4P. It's less hassle & both parties get what they are after.

However I would be intrigued to know how many of you guys simply cold approach girls on the street, in the shopping maul, the gym & everyday situations & manage to get her number, which then turns into a lay.

My last trip to Pattaya, I cold approached a girl leaving the 7/11 and managed to turn it into a lay without any apples being exchanged. Met her twice & no apples both occasions.

Has anyone tried Nicotine Patching for Long Covid?

Has anyone tried Nicotine Patches for Long Covid & did your symptoms feel worse?

I started on a low dosage 3 days ago.. 7mg nicotine patch cut into 1mg dose and 2mg dose.

Problem is over the two days of wearing them, my fatigue is feeling worse & I am experiencing a little shortness of breath.

I don't know if this is pure coincidence, or it's the patches having a negative effect on me.

Is it possible that symptoms can feel worse before they get better? And should I take a short break from them.

Anyone recovered & relapsed again?

Has anyone here became ill with LC & Chronic fatigue & pretty much fully recovered.. only to have a significant relapse several years down the line?

My time line:

2020-2021 - LC issues including CFS

95% recovered & living a normal life.

2026 May - Major relapse, after several weeks of over exerting myself, gym, work, running etc, hot weather.

Now struggling with pretty severe fatigue and neurological issues. Starting nicotine patching from today. Hoping to see some improvement.

Have fights & violence increased in Pattaya?

I have noticed an increase of stories/videos/news reports on social media, regarding crimes being committed in Thailand & fights breaking out in Pattaya.

I totally understand, this could just be an algorithm thing, as social media tends to push content you're way, that you have already shown interest in.

I was last in Pattaya September 2025 solo trip & and I felt very safe. I don't think I even saw one fight or incident.

For those who have spent time in Thailand from 2025 to currently, have you noticed an increase in incidents?

Does anyone have any positive fatigue recovery stories?

Had LC back in 2021, had every symptom under the sun, however I made a full recovery within 12 months.

Lived a relatively symptoms free life for around 4 years, till around 9 weeks ago, when I had a major relapse out of the blue, after overdoing things with work and the gym.

The initial relapse 9 weeks ago, left me with fatigue, however it wasn't crippling.. I was still able to walk a reasonable distance and get household things done.

I misjudged my baseline & ended up cleaning my apartment, which lead me to have another relapse and now my fatigue is WAY worse.. Even worse than when I had LC back in 2021

I am being very careful now, pacing myself, resting loads. If a do a little task like wash the dishes or make breakfast, I rest for an hour between each task.

Can anyone tell me if the fatigue gets better over time? I have recovered once before and pretty confident that I can recover again.

Do bar girls or freelancers make alot of money?

I'm just curious to know, if bar girls or freelancers in Thailand are making serious cash?

Based on some social media I have seen of these girls, they seem to be living pretty lavish lifestyles.. however we all know that social media flashy lifestyles can often be a deception.

Anyone here made a near full recovery and relapsed years down the line?

Developed LC back in 2021, was extremely ill. Made a near enough 90% recovery within 12 months.

Lived a pretty much symptoms free life for the last 3-4 years, other than the odd minor flair up, which I would recover from after a nights sleep

Due to exerting myself way more than what I usually do, gym/work/running, I ended up having a major relapse 8 weeks ago.

Currently have very bad fatigue/neurological symptoms.

Anyone made a full recovery & relapsed years down the line?

If I managed to make a 90% recovery previously, is it likely I can recover again?

Thanks in advance.

Is a threesome in Pattaya possible?

Heading out in September hopefully.

I have a kink for a threesome with an older ploy & a younger ploy.

Ploy 1 - Age 40-48 (Experience)

Ploy 2 - Age 19-24 (Beauty)

How can I make this happen? I'm realistic about the fact, that the whole experience will likely feel unauthentic.

If you're from the West, what is your reason for going to Pattaya?

I'm curious to know how men are finding the dating market in Western countries such as US/UK/Europe?

I am age 50, have always been in great shape, as I workout a lot, have a nice car and my own business.. However dating in the West really really sucks!! 😭

I'm not a shy person, and feel confident in cold approaching girls when I am out & about, however most attractive girls just have a rotten view of men, and tend to brush you off.

The only girls who I have approached, that have been friendly and receptive have actually been Asian girls.

As for dating apps?

Totally suck! Most of the girls/women on apps in the West are looking for a 10% guy chad.. The vast majority of men get swiped left.

I gave up on dating in the West a good while ago.. I much prefer to focus on fitness & making money, so that I can enjoy a couple of trips to Thailand every year.

P2P is so much easier than getting involved with some entitled woman in the West, who likely will divorce your ass at some point and leave you in financial ruin.

Sorry if my post sounds negative guys.

Why do girls in Pattaya have so many tattoos?

Is it a culture thing? Or just the socially accepted cool thing to do?

Some research has suggested large amounts of tattoos can be an outwardly display of traumatic experiences (not sure how much truth there is to this though)

I also read "Lack of impulse control" might be a factor.

Any one had a LC relapse, year's after making a full recovery?

I developed LC around 2001, it took around 14 months to make an 90% recovery, with the odd mini relapse, which I would get over within a day.

The last 3-4 years I have lived a pretty normal life, with lots of gym and fitness and in very good shape.

Around 6 weeks ago, I had a major relapse, which just came out of the blue.

I think due to going from a office based job, to physical job, and training my legs a whole lot more in the gym, may have contributed to this relapse.

I have serious fatigue now & neurological symptoms.

Anyone else had a relapse after making a full recovery? Did you get better again?
