What’s the process after testing positive?

Im in Ireland and I’m 8dp5dt (4AA fresh) - I didn’t test this morning but found out on Friday evening I was pregnant, did a digital test on Saturday (himself couldn’t see a line🙄) and did one yesterday evening which was darker so figured this morning would be much the same as yesterday evening. My clinic said to test in 16 May - which is this coming Saturday.
Do I tell the clinic already? I was going to wait until Saturday in case anything changed during the week. What’s the next steps in this process once I’ve let them know? Is it another TWW or will I be brought in for bloods or a scan?
Also - when will I stop testing 😂 Defo doing one Wed & Fri and have a digital test for weeks to take maybe Sunday when I’m 2 weeks post transfer.
My Oura ring isn’t showing up much either. Sleep is definitely less restful and my temps are up but they’d be up anyway from the PIO.
Trying to remain calm is tough, I just wanna know

Letrozole Nausea?

Has anyone experienced really bad nausea while taking letrozole? I just started it and have been feeling super nauseous throughout the day, and I’m wondering if this is normal or if anyone else has dealt with the same thing. Some moments it’s mild, but other times it feels pretty intense and makes it hard to eat normally or get through the day comfortably.
I was hoping people could share any tips, remedies, or foods that helped make the nausea more manageable. Did taking it at a certain time help? Were there specific snacks or drinks that settled your stomach? I’ve been trying crackers and small meals but would love to hear what actually worked for others.
Also if anyone has any positive stories or success on letrozole, especially first round success or with borderline/mild PCOS symptoms, I’d really appreciate hearing them. Trying to stay hopeful through all of this

I’m confused ! Please help me understand these readings

So, obviously I had a strong positive 4/29 to me that’s I thought I would ovulate between then and 5/1 initially. Nothing about that was confusing. However, after those levels went back down for a few days then I suddenly got a .72 which wasn’t confusing, then 24 hours later a .96 reading (some people consider that positive for themselves), so I’m wondering since it was days after the 4/29 if it was a fluctuation or if I possibly had two surges ? I guess there’s no way to 100% know but I need opinions and whys. I can’t get over it. I had sex only 5/4 and I’m curious if there’s actually a real chance of conceiving then or if I was past my window. 😩
