Had 1 drink 3 days before FET

Hi everyone. I have my second FET coming up tomorrow Tuesday 8/18. I was at the pool on Saturday and had 1 pina colada. I never ever drink so this was just a one off thing but I am so worried now I might’ve messed something up for my FET. Obviously the embryo has not been transferred yet but I’ve been trying to be as healthy as possible and give this round my absolute best. Has anyone drank beforehand and still had success? Idk if I’m overreacting but I’m so upset with myself that I just didn’t decline the drink. Please no hate I’m worried enough. I figured it was far enough out but idk. Anyone with experience?

FET and exercise

Hi everyone! I have my second FET coming up on 8/18. My first one was a chemical and I haven’t exercised in a few months due to retrievals and polypectomy and then I was afraid to my first transfer but my nurse gave me the go ahead to exercise again. I definitely want to get some movement in again but I’ve heard a lot of stories going both ways that some swear by stopping exercise during FET cycle and others who swear by staying active. So, what does everyone think/your experiences and what kind of exercise did you do if you did? Thanks!

Baby Girl Name Thoughts

Hi all! What do you think of the name I chose for my baby girl? She is due in March. We wanted something elegant and also whimsical, nature inspired.

We chose Sofia Wren.

Sofia is the name we always come back to, I think it’s so beautiful and timeless. We love the spelling as I am Italian and he is Hispanic.

I then fell in love with Wren for the whimsy and nature inspo. Wrens also have beautiful symbolism.

Feel free to share other middle names you think could go beautifully with Sofia or first names to go with Wren! 🩷

HCG trend

I had my first FET on 6/23 and a positive beta on 7/1. My hcg levels were 50.80. I went back yesterday 7/3 for my second beta and levels only went up to 75.5, they were hoping to see levels at at least 86. RMA prepared me that this could go either way. I go back tomorrow 7/5 for bloodwork and will know more, if it decreases it’s a loss if it increases we will keep closely monitoring. I am trying my best to mentally prepare just in case but I can’t give up all hope yet. I just can’t. Has this happened to anyone and they’ve gone on to have successful healthy pregnancies? The nurse told me she has seen both happen. I know it will be what it is, but getting through today just sucks. I already told my family on 7/2 like an idiot. 😞
