Lilac or Lavender ?
The listing says it’s Lilac, but I feel like it really looks like Lavender. It’s so hard to tell the difference between the 2 in photos.

I just got all these from Facebook Marketplace for $100. How did I do?
This is a vintage Harlequin yellow juice pitcher. Homer Laughlin made a few of these fiesta disc pictures in Harlequin yellow. Was it a mistake? We’ll never know.
My parents bought this for me a couple months back and I have no clue what color it is. Anyone know ?
Grabbed these up from FB marketplace for $30! I actually only needed the gray plates, so I’ll probably be listing the rest on eBay soon. They’re in great shape!
Working on downsizing my Fiestaware collection, including these set of 3 nesting bowls and two other bowls pictured. Any ideas on colors/style and how I should price them? These were gifts about 20 years ago.
Hello all! I double checked the rules to make sure this type of post is allowed, as I don’t believe this counts as self-promotion as I have no shop or anything of the like, but I’ll gladly remove/alter my post if necessary!
Long story short, in my search for chartreuse as a Fiesta newbie, I trusted some labels at an antique shop and ended up acquiring multiple lemongrass pieces when I’d rather stick to chartreuse (either original or p86, I have both). I’d love for these to go to someone whose collection includes lemongrass, and if I’d be so lucky as to find someone with similar/the same pieces in chartreuse… well I know that’s a big ask, but I figured I might as well try!
I have a salad plate, a teacup (no saucer), and a classic rim soup/salad bowl all in lemongrass, the latter two of which have been used incredibly sparingly (I’m talking once or twice since I purchased them). I’m in Nebraska, for reference of possible shipping times/proximity! Thanks so much for anyone who may have interest, help, or suggestions. I can give specific pictures of the pieces if requested, once they’re out of the dishwasher!
Pic of my (incomplete) collection included, minus a few pieces that were dirty (:
(edited for proper wording and to clarify I’m seeking either chartreuse)
I always thought these were fine in the oven… until I heard the “crack” and learned my lesson… 😔
I’m planning a trip to the Factory Outlet in the near future. I’m traveling quite a way so I’d like to get the most of hunting down Fiesta. For those of you who live nearby or have traveled there, can you suggest any thrift shops, antique stores, etc within an hour of the Newell store? I am planning to go to Pottery City in East Liverpool. Can you suggest any other places or towns with shops to visit?
TIA!
I found four plates and four bowls… they match my casserole dish!
I’m trying to figure out if the small middle plate is the same color as the other 2. The big plate and the cup are lilac, but is the saucer plate also lilac or is it periwinkle? I know the glaze can vary with lilac but I want to be sure before I assume it’s also lilac since they all came in the same box I got from marketplace.
I did a lot if damage at Homer but 99% is for my kids for Christmas. They all collect but only have a few pieces each.
For myself I got the sugar packet holder to go with my diner napkin holder. Heart plates and star plates. And a few odds and ends. .
I went back to the store my friend saw the load of vintage Fiestaware and snagged a few pieces. Unfortunately the footed bowl and casserole dishes were scooped up. I'll swing back this week and see what else they have because... Apparently the lady that donated them has MORE. A LOT MORE.
Sadly the vase wasn't Fiestaware but I got it anyway since I do collect other non HLC items like Hall and McCoy as long as they aren't gaudy
A friend messaged me saying that a consignment/ thrift show down the road had some Fiestaware... Sadly I could only afford $50 so I made it work.
My husband gave me the mini pitcher a few days ago. Today he gives me the tray. I unbox the tray and look at it and asked "how the heck did you get this? Pretty sure this is lilac". He says it's supposed to be lavender. I compare the 2. I compared the tray to my other liliac piece. I love both colors. I had to share here as no one else understands my excitement.
I had to take them outside to get a good enough picture. Either way I am happy to add both to my collection.
