We’re going on the 10 day Celebrity Silhouette cruise that starts in Boston and ends in Florida next month. Ports included are: Bonaire, Aruba and Curaçao.
I have never been on such a long cruise and I’m concerned that I will get bored on the sea days.

If anyone has taken this cruise, or a similar one, please share your experience and tips. Is there enough to do on the ship on the sea days? Are there quiet places to chill out on the ship other than your cabin? We have a balcony and I’m wondering if it will be cold out there on sea days as we travel south.

Also, what shore excursions were good (or bad)? I definitely want to spend time on a beach and in the ocean. I don’t care much for shopping or a lot of walking (bad knee!).

Before I go down a rabbit hole, can anyone give me advice and direction on how to get reimbursed for the two months of Part B that I paid for before I started my Social Security benefits?
I had to pay for 5 months when I started Medicare in April (instead of the normal 3 months based on their billing cycle). I started my SS payments in July and just received my first payment yesterday. They took out Part B for July and I’m sure they will do it for August as well on my September payment.
I did tell SS about this when I signed up but apparently they couldn’t stop it from happening.

Where do I start? TIA!

Has anyone been to this bin store? I’m traveling close to there this summer and I’m wondering if it’s a good place to stop.

Are the shoppers generally nice? How big is it? Do they have any dishes or furniture?

I found a ring in a desk drawer. I’d like to know how people feel about whether it’s mine or if I should return it. It’s not costume jewelry. It’s worth about $250 (based on jewelry store estimate).

I’d like to hear from both customers and estate sale professionals.

I need advice please.

I am in possession of my parent’s wedding silver and I’m considering selling it. It is sterling so it is worth quite a bit of money. (I have already been to a silver buyer).

Our family never uses it. Both parents have passed.
I am considering using the money to help fund a trip overseas to a country I have relatives in that I have never visited.

I feel guilty. Am I wrong to sell it? I’m trying to figure out what my mom would say to me if I could ask her.

Please share your thoughts and experiences. There is no issue with other relatives involved with this. It was passed down to me in the will.

I’m seeking information about the cradles used for Pyrex Cinderella bowls.
If the item was originally sold as a complete set with the bowl, lid and cradle, will the cradle and lid also be identified with a Pyrex label or just the bowl?

I’m planning a trip to the Factory Outlet in the near future. I’m traveling quite a way so I’d like to get the most of hunting down Fiesta. For those of you who live nearby or have traveled there, can you suggest any thrift shops, antique stores, etc within an hour of the Newell store? I am planning to go to Pottery City in East Liverpool. Can you suggest any other places or towns with shops to visit?
