Bodyweight Exercises Only Results
Posting this because I feel like a lot of people think you absolute NEED weights to build muscle. In the first photo I was doing random intense workouts (running, stair master, weights - light and heavy, bodyweight Pilates etc). I decided to focus just on Pilates/bodyweight calisthenics (lots of planks, push ups, body weight lunges and squats, back extension supermans etc) and stayed super consistent with it and SLOWED DOWN each workout (went by time not reps) to focus on form and not rush. I also changed my diet, less alcohol and became a lot more mindful about hunger cues and eating clean foods.
It worked for me. I’m not a doctor, I’m a Pilates instructor.
