I have recently ordered an laptop with an huge discount and it's expected delivery date is 22nd may and the laptop shipped on the same i have ordered and reached at my destination hub on 16th may and after that some fishy things are happening like it's arriving at the same hub for 3 times everyday and then I contacted customer care and they said you order is untraceable and wait for 3 days and I waited for 3 days and and then again contacted the and they said the same thing and today after contacting them one of their executive said that you order cancellation request had been initiated due to logistics issue,and i contacted other executive they are saying you order is not cancelled and it will arrive tomorrow, and what should I do now guys?

seriously this is soo frustrating being arrived at the destination hub since the past 6 days and still not received the product and marked as untraceable and what if it gets cancelled like I ordered the laptop with huge discounts like very huge if they cancel it and ask me to reorder the discount are like gone now.

please help me out what should I do next i had high expectations on this man

I don't have any refund I just need the laptop with no extra cost.

sorry for the long body it's just my rant.

Flipkart why?! I don't think open box is necessarily needed here

Couldn't find a cheaper option for this so I thought about ordering on flipkart but they're doing open box. Even other sellers and other brands also have this. Can I just give the otp but not open the box? How do I go around this?

WTF is this

Last night I saw this laptop for Rs 2,09,990, and this morning itself it became Rs 2,39,900 thousand, and then I looked at it again this morning for some time and it was again showing Rs 2,09,990 ( i will attach screenshot in the comments) and then after some time it got removed and boom back to 2,39,900!!!

dude wt the heck is going on!!!

Is this some kinda of scam or glitch

Delayed delivery, Can I do anything regarding this ? they are claiming couldnt reach user but they never contacted me

They called and literally rang one time , I called back instantly multiple time got no response and they just moved the delivery date to tomorrow saying couldnt connect user
I escalated this with customer care to no use as they asked for 24 hour window too.

I needed the delivery today , that is why I ordered a specific product , there is still time for them to deliver the product anyway I can force this ?

Need Help

Man this is really pissing me off

I had ordered PS5 controller on EMI but it’s been 3 days delivery has been delayed till now

Now they have cancelled my order from there end and I have to processing fees and GST because of there inconvenience.

I’m not saying that amount was too big that I can’t pay but atleast somebody should be more know about this and don’t do fraud like this

Can I complaint or do something about this ? Please help somebody

My name is Bijoy Bhowmick, and I am currently completely bedridden, fighting severe knee arthritis and mobility loss for years.

Received a used cracked Redmi instead of Motorola Edge 60 Pro in Flipkart Open Box Delivery 😐

I ordered a Motorola Edge 60 Pro from Flipkart on 14th May, and the product was delivered today as an Open Box Delivery.
To my shock, when the package was opened, instead of the Motorola phone I had ordered, I found a used Redmi phone inside the box, with visible cracks on the back panel.
The weirdest part?
The box was original Motorola packaging
The charger was Motorola
Even the mobile wrapper/packing inside was Motorola
So somewhere in the supply chain, the actual device was swapped while the rest of the packaging remained intact.
This is honestly alarming because even with Open Box Delivery, such fraud still happened. Open box is supposed to protect customers from scams like this, but what’s the point if the delivery process is rushed or not checked properly?
My concerns:
Delivery agents should be properly trained to verify the actual device model, IMEI, and physical condition, not just open the box and leave.
Customers should record the entire open box process from start to finish.
Flipkart seriously needs stricter quality checks in its warehouse/logistics chain.
This was a very frustrating experience, especially for a premium phone purchase. Imagine paying for a new phone and receiving a damaged used device from another brand.
I’ve already raised a complaint with Flipkart and am waiting for resolution.
Please be extra careful with Open Box Deliveries. Don’t rush the process. Check EVERYTHING before OTP confirmation.

Order not getting delivered despite being in nearest hub.

I have ordered atomberg renesa wall fan last month and seller is omnitechretail.

Product came to hub near to my house but they are not Delivering it so I called these idiots and all they give you is wait for 24/48hours.

And finally they won't deliver your product and let you leave with only one option cancel it.

Last week Saturday i again ordered same fan from same omnitechretail delivery was supposed to happen on Monday 13th since then not a single delivery attempt.

I found the address of the Ekart hub and went there and the product is still there in hub.

What shocked me was when I asked them why aren't they delivering the product he said seller omnitechretail told them to put the order on hold and not deliver it.

What kind of bullshit is this?

I have contacted this stupid ash flopkart customer support infront of them and gave them the phone to talk with hub people and they told this idiot flipkart that seller told them to hold the order and then I took the phone and showed my rage on them asked them to connect to their senior executive and I have told them what is this bullshit and they said we can't help we need time to look into it and I came back to my house.

And Today is Saturday it's been 4 days and not a single fkin call from flopkart and I have just called these fkers and one picked up and told the issue and then i have him left and right but that fker kept silent as he was having no answer and again asking me to wait 24/48 hours and I have told them how many hours do you need to contact that stupid ash seller why he told Ekart hub to hold the order and not deliver it?.

He said we can't contact seller, we don't anything to contact seller

I asked what is the solution here then.

He says I will put this in priority ufff.

And then I cut the call.

what should I do here?

Flipkart's ekart delivery agent rejecting call continuously since last few hours.

I ordered a thing from flipkart which is out for delivery, i just wants to ask the delivery agent like when he will be coming at what approx time so that i can be available at that time as it is open box delivery but everytime i call it connects to flipkart's ekart number and that directs to the delivery agent but delivery person is rejecting the call seems like their is auto reject call.

Now how can I connect to him?

I I bought a Voltas AC from Flipkart, but it is not mentioned who will handle the installation. Will the installation be done by Flipkart, or will Voltas service experts install it?

Also, can I cancel the Flipkart installation service and request installation directly from Voltas?

Why there is Handling fees is 207 rupees

I am ordering a book from Flipkart, The price of a book shows 1298 rupees. I added it to the cart, and suddenly it increased to 1505 rupees.

Why the hell is there a handling fee of 199 and offer a handling fee of 8.
