Recommend apps or sites that help me share a note that I can delete later

Hi! I am planning to write a longish note to my ex partner and and while I trust him, I do not want to leave a digital trail of any kind. The note is going to contain some personal details, which I would want him to be able to read or re-read whenever he wants for a limited period of tim, but not store with him forever. Ideally he should not be able to take screenshots as well, but I understand that's going to be a difficult thing to find in a tool.

Please suggest any good websites, apps, or hacks that could help me do this.

Any way to make the note extra private?

Please suggest if there's any particular setting in Apple Notes that I can use for this, if not Apple Notes then would you know of any other alternatives for this?

How did anybody ever think this cartoon was for kids?

I've trained my Instagram so well that it has now started showing me episodes in Japanese with English subtitles. Free from Indian censorship.

I came across this episode where Mitsy falls in love with a vegetable seller and is fantasizing about leaving Harry... thinking about alimony and what not😂

I don't know if we will ever get to see this in India... And the number of such episodes that we might be missing out on😐

Either way I just love, love, love how unhinged this show is!

Having irregular periods for 8 years now. Cause unknown. I am completely exhausted.

34F here. I have been having irregular periods for the last 8 years now. It was probably triggered by a very stressful period in my life where I rapidly gained 10 kgs and subsequently lost it as well but my periods have never been the same. I underwent multiple treatments for it homeopathic, ayurvedic, which did help in making them regular. I have also been having one simple recurring cyst which comes and goes on each ovary occasionally. Somewhere around 2022, I was having very heavy bleeding that would last a month, and there was no clear cycle. I underwent an Ayurvedic treatment focused at my gut issues and it did get quite regular because of it. I am no longer on that treatment since June 2025, because I got really tired of constantly being on some or the other pills. I've only had three periods ever since. One in July, one in December, one in June this year.
I've gotten my blood test done and my biomarkers are all within range except my AMH which is quite low. So PMOS is ruled out. I have reached a point of desperation where I've even used AI to figure out what is wrong with me. It suggested I get autoimmune screenings done, which I did, and those were normal as well. I've been to multiple gynaecologists who have not been able to understand or diagnose what exactly is causing the amenorrhea or the lack of ovulation. I am also single and on the fence about having kids, so I haven't acted on the advice of freezing my eggs as it is a very tedious procedure, and I don't think I can handle the emotional roller coaster that it will be. I just want to fix my body once and for all and start getting normal periods because I am doing everything possible for it.

I want to understand if there is anybody here who has gone through something similar. Were you able to find a permanent fix for it?

Who is the best intermediary for getting a health insurance ported?

Hi! So my parents (senior citizens) and I have our health insurance policies with Star Health Insurance, which is absolutely shitty. I recently had a very terrible experience with claiming and I want to switch to a better policy. While I have been able to get an idea of good policies and companies that are out there, it's as important to have a good agent/middleman that can help with the claims process when the need arises.

I've spoken to the Ditto guys and they have been great at the advisory but I had a really terrible term insurance purchase process with them. I'm not very confident about their operations team and their ability to handle things.

Can anyone suggest a good intermediary who can help me port my health insurance to a better one? Is Policy Bazaar any good at this? I have also heard of beshakorg but don't know of anybody who has first-hand experience with them. Please also suggest that there are any other players/platforms like them who are reliable.

Gallbladder Removal and Post-Op Experience

So I was diagnosed with multiple gallbladder stones like three years ago. It was an accidental discovery during a routine ultrasound procedure. Most doctors advised me that don't remove it till it does not pain, and the day it pains you can get it removed. I fortunately did not experience any attacks or any recognizable pains during this time, but I did have a lot of digestion issues historically, which I wasn't sure I could attribute to this ( bloating, gas, acidity, constipation).

In a recent ultrasound the gallbladder was completely distended and there was something like a wall echo reported, so I was advised to get a surgery done.

This is what it looked like: https://kommodo.ai/i/MjWwBOSARJnn0uwe4HOS

I honestly have no idea how I even got these because it's supposed to be either genetic or because of high cholesterol or because of eating very fatty, oily foods. None of these apply to me.

I'm currently 17 days post-op and slowly getting out of food restrictions. I'd been asked to stay off dairy, legumes, and cruciferous vegetables till at least a month.

I had a couple of questions for folks who've gotten theirs removed:

  1. How long did it take you to fully recover from this and when could you start getting back to your cardio and strength training workouts respectively?

  2. How has life been post-removal? Are some foods that you have stayed away from for good after the procedure? Or anything that you're absolutely not able to digest eating?

  3. Any cases where hormonal imbalance would have caused gallstones? Apparently estrogen levels also have an impact on your bile and can cause gallstones. I suspect this could have been my case since I have had irregular periods for some time..idk coz doctors are completely clueless about this. :\ Would love to know the experience of women over here.

  4. Has getting your gallbladder removed had a positive or negative impact on your period? If yes then how? Have you been able to figure out any correlation?
