I’m just about finished with my raider, one of the last pieces is the reptilia low mount for the acro. Everything is tightened as well is it can be and I still have some slop on the acro. Both side to side, and front to back wiggle. Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can go about fixing it?
Changed to the dpm recoil system, that fixed the feeding issue. However accuracy was all over the place, it looked like I was shooing a shot gun. Tried the range ammo I had and federal hollow points. Nothing grouped good. I had thought it was due to the suppressor loosing up the other day, but used threat tape to day and it didn’t budge. I wonder if the long barrel coupled with the weight of the suppressor is a problem. That said, the hux 9k ti isn’t that heavy.
I posted an unfinished version a few days back. But I finally have completed the subcompact P365 raider.
I originally fitted it with 12rd mags but decided to take it down further to 10rd mags. I will be building out a third that has 12rd mags so I can have all three sizes of comparison.
It appendix carries extremely well actually. I’ll be taking it to the range tomorrow to see how it goes and will report back then.
I do have have a ZP ported slide and gold barrel on the way so it can truly be the micro version of my full-size
As always any thoughts or ideas I am all ears.
Need some input on what to do for a charging handle. Running an uncut compact slide.
I have tried a spectre 9 and now with a huxworks 9k ti, both will randomly not feed. Slide will lock back and the next round doesn’t load, it even looks like the round is pointed down. It loads fine if you rack the slide. It will also run fine for a few rounds intermittently. Do I need a softer spring setup or a stiffer spring? I have the 6.5” true precision barrel installed. Would a shorter 4.5” barrel work better?
The P365 Xmacro hogue grips fit pretty nicely
