Looking for Weekday Lunch Crew -- And Beyond

Hello! 44M here.

I used to have a small crew that was usually down for a midday Fortnite session a couple times a week, but the squad has mostly dispersed at this point. I still find myself wanting to squad up from time to time, so I figured I’d ask here.

Is there any interest out there at all?

I’m probably slightly above average, so if you’re looking to go pro, I may not be your guy. But if you’re looking for someone chill to run some games with, I’m down.

I also occasionally have fun editing shorts of my questionable gameplay, so bonus points if you’re cool with being part of the chaos.

Aiming Help

Long time lurker first time poster 🤣I'm a PlayStation and Nintendo switch mom who plays with her kids (boys) and I don't log as many hours as they do. I'm also not great at shooting game's generally. I'm hoping y'all have some tips and tricks on how to get better at aiming. Even on the Star Wars Islands like galactic Siege, it seems to take at least three shots to eliminate a player. Not sure if it's the weapons I'm using. I'm a decent sniper but in combat situations close range. I'm awful. Thank you! 🙌

I play a lot of OG (no builds). It’s so hard to find people who love to play OG and also have mics. Help a girl out, please! 😅💜

Looking for people with mics who actually communicate and can hold their own in sweaty lobbies. I’m an above-average player, give solid comms, play as a team, and I’m on a lot. I also have a great mic (no background noise, no echo).

I’m looking for people who mainly play OG (zero build). It’s the only mode I currently play.

I’m a gamer girl in my early 40s, and I play on PS5/NA-East. I have a good mic (no echo, no background noise). I consider myself an above average player. I give great comms and am a team player. I have a question.

Why does it show the opponent took zero damage after they kill me, when I obviously did damage on them during the fight? Doesn't make sense.

I really hope they hire back the about 1,000 people they fired soon, because it's getting wild. The glitches are piling up! I said in a previous post that the game would be unplayable next year, but honestly, I think it might hit that point in just two months from now.

Fortnite Friends 20+ (sorry kiddos)

Okay, I need to expand my Fortnite friendship circle with people in my time zone before I end up talking to NPCs.

I’m not a sweat by any means, I’m more of a “competent chaos” player. I can aim, shoot, revive, and occasionally clutch… but my aim does have mood swings (ADHD settings enabled). One game I’m laser-focused, next game I’m shooting decorative plants.

Good conversation is mandatory. I cannot deal with awkward silences, aggressive mouth breathing, or hearing someone inhale their entire postcode down the mic. If you’ve got banter, we’ll get on fine.

I mostly play ZB, Blitz, Reload, and a bit of OG when I’m feeling nostalgic for simpler trauma.

About me: quirky, allegedly funny, Scottish (huge selling point), and I occasionally stream so there’s always a chance your worst moment gets immortalised.

If you can handle all of the above and fancy a couple games, let’s run it.
