[FREE Kindle eBook] Beyond the Overthinking Trap: A Practical Guide to Quiet Mental Noise, Stop 3 AM Thought Loops, and Reclaim Peace of Mind — Free Until [End Date, e.g. Sunday]

Hey everyone!
I wrote a short, practical guide for anyone who struggles with late-night anxiety, overthinking, and endless mental loops.

Instead of heavy psychological jargon or fluffy theories, "Beyond the Overthinking Trap" focuses on actionable frameworks (like the "So What" test) to help you intercept racing thoughts and train your brain to ground itself in reality.

What’s inside:
Why your brain tricks you into thinking overthinking is "problem-solving."

How to break 3 AM anxiety loops instantly.

Simple physical and mental interrupts to reset your nervous system.

It's currently 100% FREE on Amazon Kindle for a limited time!

(If you enjoy the read, leaving an honest review on Amazon would mean the world to me. Hope it helps!)

Free ARC - Where Fear Smiles - Psychological Horror

Hello everyone, I'm currently looking for ARC readers for my upcoming horror novel, Where Fear Smiles, which means that if this is a fit for you, you'll get a free ebook! Details below:

Would you forgive your best friend if she was responsible for ruining your life?

A whispered rumour draws a group of students into the dense forests of coastal Brazil: a lost Indigenous artifact, hidden for centuries and promising academic glory.

While Leah’s colleagues are determined to claim it, she only agrees to the trek because she can’t bear the thought of being left behind, and forces her best friend Charlotte to go with her for support against her dark thoughts.

What was meant to be an escape from the weight of the academic semester, quickly it turns into a test of endurance. The deeper they push into the forest, the darker Leah begins to dream. When they finally uncover what they came for, the discovery reveals something far more terrifying than any of them imagined.

A demon born of nightmares is unleashed, and with it, carnage.

Now the survivors must find a way to drive the nightmare back to its realm before society is doomed to never dream again. But as the forest closes in, the greatest horror isn't the ancient evil — it's watching a lifelong trust begin to rot.

Novella based in Omaha, 1996 (Satirical/Dark Comedy)

Hey, hopefully it's alright to post about my book set in Omaha here. I grew up in Omaha and am excited to share it with people in/from the city.

It's called Mechanical American and it's a satirical, coming-of-age, dark comedy novella set in West Omaha in 1996. It's about a 17-year-old boy named Benny Proctor, who is obsessed with many things boys are obsessed with at that age and is hilariously clueless.

He gets a telemarketing job, which is the first time the curtains concealing how the world and adulthood works crack open.

Woven in are elements that will be nostalgic to anyone who came of age during that time: Westroads and Oak View Malls, Aftershock, Maplewood Lanes, Zima, Swisher Sweets, etc. all make appearances, not to mention some very '90s cultural attitudes.

I'll warn you it's for adults, is quite explicit, and is for those who appreciate satire and dark comedy. Not for the easily-offended (no offense to the easily-offended!)

I just put it up on Amazon Kindle. I set the price at 99¢ because that's the minimum they'll allow. If you don't want to pay DM me and I'll figure out how to send you an epub (read the sample first to see if it's for you).

MANJUSHRI: The Tibetan Method to Cut Through Mental Confusion, Break Free from Autopilot, and Discover Your True Purpose (The Technologies of the Awakened Mind)

There is a kind of suffering that is not born from pain. It is born from confusion. And confusion is not soothed—it is cut through.

Have you ever felt as though you were living without truly choosing? You wake, work, answer messages, solve problems, and pursue goals—yet a quiet question remains: Is this all there is?

Perhaps it is not a lack of motivation or discipline. Perhaps it is a lack of clarity: the inability to distinguish what is actually happening from the stories, assumptions, and habits through which the mind interprets it.

In Tibetan Buddhism, Manjushri is the bodhisattva of wisdom. He carries a flaming sword—not as a weapon of violence, but as an image of penetrating insight: the capacity to cut through illusion, separate perception from mental narrative, and interrupt the patterns that keep life running on autopilot.

Part of the series “The Technologies of the Awakened Mind”, MANJUSHRI invites you to put these teachings to the test in your own experience: in the decisions you postpone, the thoughts you repeatedly mistake for facts, and the paths that remain open because you are afraid to choose.

Through prajna, emptiness, the five poisons and five wisdoms, contemplative inquiry, and practical exercises, the book offers a structured way to examine the distance between reality and the mind’s account of it. Its purpose is not to provide another set of beliefs, but to help you observe more carefully, question more honestly, and act with greater discernment.

Written for readers of any background, MANJUSHRI is for anyone tired of moving through life in a mental fog—busy, functional, and yet uncertain about what truly matters. No previous knowledge of Buddhism is required.

This is not a book about believing.

It is a book about seeing.

The Bonfire - A tense thriller about what waits where the light ends

Hello, everyone!
I’m excited to share something very special with you: The Bonfire is my debut novel and the first book in a trilogy. 🔥
Book 2 is coming out in just a few days, and Book 3 is already almost finished!

This entire story came from me — the concept, the characters, the plot, the development, and even the covers. AI was only used to create the background image for the cover. 😉
My sister, who is also a writer, helped me with the editing and gave me some great suggestions that made the story even better.

The English edition is available through Kindle Unlimited, so if you have a subscription, you can read it at no additional cost.
I truly hope you enjoy the story. And if you do, I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a review. Every reader and every review helps more than you might think! ❤️

P.S. If you’re interested in reading The Bonfire but don’t use Kindle, just send me a message. I’ll be happy to provide an EPUB copy.
The more people who discover this story, the happier I’ll be. 😉🔥

Hi everyone, For the next 48 hours, my book The Marks of True Christianity is available for free ($0.00) on Amazon Kindle.

This work is not a devotional or a promotion of any specific church. It is a critical, independent analysis written over 24 years, examining how over 1,200 Christian denominations derive contradictory doctrines from the same source text.

Key Themes Covered:

·         Doctrinal Scrutiny: A critical breakdown of the logical and biblical inconsistencies in major denominations and sects (including Seventh-day Adventism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Catholicism, and Orthodoxy).

·         Textual Contrast: The structural separation between the Old and New Testaments, and the logical flaws of combining two conflicting legal systems.

·         Mechanism of Cults: How extra-biblical literature and out-of-context verses are used to build dogmatic structures for organizational influence.

If you enjoy comparative theology, critical analysis, or debating religious dogmas without institutional bias, you can download your free copy here: https://www.amazon.com/-/en/Vladimir-Polyarush-ebook/dp/B0FBGZ1NTL

The Last Canadian - Wikipedia

Just wanted to recommend to all the book : \[The Last Canadian\] by William C. Heine.

I've read and re-read it many times; it's one of my absolute favourites and thought others might enjoy it.

Be aware, if you are interested in reading it, the Canadian version has been out-of-print since the mid-80s and is very expensive.

It was released in the USA under the title \[Death Wind\] and can be purchased for NEW for $20 or used for much less.

Lesbian Erotica, Kindle ebook FREE to download Aug 11, 12, 13 featuring Cute College Lesbians and Lesbians IN SPACE!

Um, I’m kind of nervous but I’m just going to swallow my social anxiety and kind of put this here and see what happens. I just started publishing my lesbian erotica on Amazon this summer, and I’ve made my latest one free for a couple days as a special promotion. It’s also available to read for free anytime on Kindle Unlimited. I’ll let the description in the link speak for itself.

Cramming, Compromised: Cute College Lesbians in a Sexy Tale, Plus Extra Story!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HD6MWFLH

It’s free because what I want is… cringe… feedback. It’s welcome here but also, be honest and tell me what you think by rating it and possibly reviewing it on Amazon too. It’s the second book of a series, the first is not free but also on KU and I’ll use the free book promotion when it becomes available again in like 60 days. Couldn’t get much traction on the first ebook. Just trying to figure this stuff out, there’s so much to learn…

Look, I go kind of nuts on the sex. It’s really explicit. I was actually kind of surprised that Amazon would let me publish this. But don’t worry, there’s romance too. It’s just kind of sprinkled in breathlessly between um… a bunch of porn-y fucking, to be blunt. It’s just what I like to read and write. Please be… kind?

TLDR; Preppie girl studying at the library has a nasty lesbian sex encounter with a sarcastic goth chick! Lesbian shipmates stuck alone on a survey mission have zero-gravity sex! Lots of oral! Hot 69s with simultaneous orgasms!
