After trying for months for peony and washed sail I finally scored a washed sail on depop that was only over retail by $20. So I went ahead with it and now it got lost in transit and never delivered and had to get a refund. Starting to just give up and lose interest because why is it impossible to get these bags. Its just not meant to be 🥲🥲🥲

When I got Gravel Rock, I kept thinking how it was just too dark, and had yellow undertones. This one is light with purple tones and very muted. You can dress it up in many ways. SO CUTE. (First pic, direct sunlight. Second pic, indoor lighting.)
I decided on butter yellow instead of sage.
I recently got the Red Rock color (returned the baby, wanted the large size), but it’s just slightly off for me. I realllyyyyyy want the blackberry and it’s SO hard to even find pictures or accurate color videos online.

Has anyone successfully had a Free People order held for pickup or redirected through UPS/FedEx after it shipped?
I accidentally placed an order today using my old address. Customer service said they can’t change the shipping address and that I’d have to file a claim if I don’t receive it.
I’m hoping to avoid that. Has anyone been able to use UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager to have a Free People package held at a pickup location or redirected to a new address? Or does Free People restrict those options?
