im trying to complete SA on ps2 and im stuck on madd doggs rhymes.

whenever i crouch in the shadows, my blip is meant to turn blue and I'm meant to hear cj breathing, but its never happened? so i cant hide from the guards

has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how to fix it?

I have acquired the heat seeking missile launcher for the San Fierro airport specifically to compete this mission, when doing the mission am I going to be forced to use the RPG on the helipad or is it passable with the heat seeker without cheating?

Edit: I haven’t played this game in 10 or 15 years, don’t remember how I passed the mission the first time and was originally wondering if the mission would replace what I have in the RPG slot or required me to use the RPG provided.

The mission is the one you play when you return to grove street it’s with sweet and you need to take over some gang territory. It’s just really difficult because sweet doesn’t help and the ballas kill you super fast. Can anyone give me some tips?

one reason why I have this theory is because her house has a GTA: Vice City poster on it's wall, so that raises the possibility that she may have dreamed of having a trip to Vice City at one time as a clue to possible encounter of Vercetti. I also gotta say, that it's also likely that Tommy Vercetti may have lived in Los Santos sometime between 1987 to 1992, because there is the possibility that Vercetti may have left Vice City after 1986. I know that Vercetti said a phrase like this:

"there is no up north anymore, it's all down south now."

well, since Los Angeles, the IRL city that Los Santos is based on is in the technically southern part of the United States, this means that Los Santos is also "down south" in the GTA universe.

I also read something about how Tommy Vercetti may have gone into rehab as his reason for breaking ties with the mob, and may have given up his drug addiction, so it's likely that Vercetti may have moved to Los Santos to escape Vice City's gang violence, so this does make it possible that Tommy may have dated Denise before CJ's comeback. There's no say on if Denise will only date black men, so there is the possibility that she may have dated a few white men here and there, seeing as GTA is a culturally diverse universe.

I also know that Tommy Vercetti never appeared once in GTA: San Andreas, so odds are he might have left Los Santos just before 1992, since it's likely that he may have also caught wind of Officer Tenpenny's corruption, as a reason to get out of town, so it's likely that he may have dumped Denise before CJ's return. And well, who knows if Vercetti contributed to any drama that resulted in Officer Pendelberry's threat to expose Tenpenny, so which could have something to do with him leaving Los Santos.

but this is only a theory based on some hints in the game.
