How far does she get in Hi3?

Some scaling for context;

She should scale above the Leviathan fought in the 2.7 story quest due it being a small fragment of Leviathan's power and most of both Leviathan and Imperators power residing within her. That version of Leviathan was merging reality with fiction, as well as connecting different points in time together.

She severely damaged Leviathan (though there was some outside assistance) who was a formless conceptual entity.

Possesses the ability to merge and separate anything, even concepts and existence erasing matter, as shown by Rover, Imperator, and Leviathan.

Should upscale from 2.2 Rover in AP due to almost defeating him before the other Cartethyia gave him a power boost. This Rover had also cut through the corrupted Necrostar in the 1.3 quest.

Was Welt Lying here ? Or are the Generals just play around with the Lords ?

4 years in with this game and we've already run into 3 Lord Ravagers, 2 of which are more of a planner/Schemers that has fought the Generals, who coincidentally are also not combat Oriented

And in both of those Times, the Generals do not display any showings of being equal. Jing Yuan was on his knees despite having help by the Express against Phantylia who was playing around. Yaoguang with Dan Heng and Joachim's help couldn't even fazed Asat while he was dealing with other parties

So has Grandpa gone senile, talking out of his rear or still lacking in knowledge and only use on paper info ?

There seems to be a common misconception that Kratos is unkillable and he could resurrect himself,

No, he can't resurrect himself, the titans, athena, etc had to bring him back to life,

He lifted the nine realms? No, he lifted the building that allowed transportation across the nine realms,

pretty impressive, but he doesn't have unmeasurable stats by lifting the realms, because it never happened,
