Madara its Because of his goal; he wants to make everyone happy with the Infinite Tsukuyomi. The demigod life sucks; it would be very interesting to see if they are demigod wo want to join him or not I see him as a HoO-type villain.
Aizen was mostly for vibes, and he would make a very good villain in the Kane Chronicles cause I see Aizen not wanting to be below Ra, like he didn't want to be below the Soul King.
