Look at UXM #33 & #34 ! Curious about your thoughts considering Gambit

I'm a little skeptical but who knows what we'll get

The new Uncanny run is so odd

Is there some legal thing where they can’t mention the Lebeaus or Tante Mattie or basically anything that happened in Remy’s past in the comics before this?

I find it so odd that it’s set in New Orleans but they have to invent a totally new character to mention the Thieves Guild. And they invented Haven House that has also never been mentioned before. They could have this whole thing set in Sacramento for all it relates to Remy.

I like the Eye storyline but at the same time… there has been so much written about Gambit before this and I guess we are just ignoring 99% of it. I also think it’s sweet that he’s a good guy now and married but my god is it boring. They are trying to manufacture him having some sort of personality with The Vig and the Eye but he had a perfectly good backstory which I guess doesn’t exist anymore if you’re reading this run? Is it just me, maybe I’m just stuck on a past Gambit.

Need Help Finding A Panel

Hey y'all, I'm sorry if this is legitimately a stupid question but does anyone know what issue that this picture/panel of Gambit comes from? My friend said it's from X-Men Blue #3 but I have that physical comic and I didn't see it anywhere, maybe I'm just blind lol but if anyone knows, that'd be greatly appreciated!

I'll forever PRETEND X-Men: Legacy never happened.

It makes me want to tear my face skin off.

Righting is inconsistent as flip, characters say dumb shit for no reason just to try and make a point, very OOC moments for some mutants featured in the run, and the whole mag x gambit x rogue (wow, almsot as if the weditorial got tired of playing with their old toys called jean x emma x scott-oh wait, they still did that stupid open marraige shit in krakoa, crap) arc is just a pure hatred boner read that had terrible implications on the future of these characters.

How should Gambits headgear look in a live action setting?

I’ve been really trying to learn more and read about Gambit lately but one thing has been kinda bugging me for awhile. His headgear piece, I’m not sure of the material, the texture or even just how it should look for it not to look alittle weird. So I was wondering what people in this subreddit think it should look/feel like.

Is it metal? Latex? Is it skin tight or some kind of shell?

How do you think Remy's powers activated?

I believe it's not known how his mutant powers activated (if so please tell me), so I'm curious about everyone's ideas
