I always thought it would be a logical “next-step” for Scott to lead a half-X-Men and half-Avengers team after he calmed down and became more chill with the Avengers.
Mostly so that he could finally be an official Avenger, but also so that other mutants who aren’t could be one as well. Plus it’d be neat to see Scott interacting with and leading non-mutant characters.
I believe the characters with the highest likelihood of getting skins for an Avengers Doomsday collab are Black Widow (Yelena), Beast, Namor, and Sentry
We do already have a Yelena skin but it’s cel-shaded and it’s her comic “White Widow” counterpart and not the MCU’s “Black Widow” Yelena.
Beast is a major X-Men member that does not yet have a Fortnite skin. Beast’s look in Avengers Doomsday is very comic accurate, so a skin based on it would be very cool.
Namor is a major Marvel character, but not major enough to make a skin of him out of the blue. Now he’s being featured in an Avengers movie with a look inspired by one of his iconic comic looks.
And finally, Sentry. A very cool Marvel character that is gaining popularity since Thunderbolts* and that I was incredibly surprised didn’t get a skin back in 2025. But now the “Sentry twist” has already happened in the MCU and they can finally make a skin of the character due to him being featured in Avengers.
The Court of Owls are genuinely one of the greatest additions to the Batman mythos ever. Having them finally appear in a live action Batman adaptation is a no brainer, especially for the story that Matt Reeves has been telling with The Batman.
A very significant part of what I love about the Court are the Talons. The physical force that pushes what the court desires and the Owl that hunts the Bat.
Every Batman movie needs something for Bruce to punch and if we truly are getting an adaptation of the Court of Owls in The Batman Part II then I cannot wait to see how Reeves adapts the Talons.
Marvel have just announced that they’re bringing their old Mangaverse universe back with a line of new comics starting this September. The first comic is “Web of Blood #1” releasing on September 2nd
The TBA Tokon cover is also set to release on 9/2. I suspect that the cover will be for Peni Parker. An “anime style” Marvel book with a Spider-Man variant featured on the cover and in the story? It also allows for the remaining two solo Spider-Man covers to go to Green Goblin and Carnage.
All that’s left is Moon Knight #8, Thor #801, and Deadpool #8 (X-Men United #8 seems to be a typo/mistake)
The amount of Daredevil references throughout Tokon’s New York stages is genuinely insane.
• Nelson and Murdock with Matt Murdock peeping through the window
• Josie’s sign added underneath Matt’s window post reveal
• Fogwell’s gym
• Bullseye background cameo on the Night New York stage
• Kingpin’s car in Night New York stage
• Small stickers of the Hand symbol visible on New York stage (some next to Norman Osborn’s presidential campaign posters no less)
All of those references to not end up meaning anything would be crazy. I could imagine DD taking up the roster space that many speculate goes to Moon Knight. The only other option might be Elektra for base game and then DD for DLC.
I personally do not want the DLC characters every year to all be on teams, but if they *do* this is my concept based on realistic likelihood and my personal wishes. After Year 5 we’d get all original teams beginning with a Fantastic Four themed one.
The teams would be:
Year 1 - Mighty Avengers
Year 2 - Uncanny X-Men
Year 3 - Midnight Outlaws
Year 4 - Rivals of Doom
Year 5 - Spectacular Guardians
Year 6 - Fantastic Foundation
