is it justified for people having private vehicles?why to travel and pay to taxis if we own private vehicles? situation of public transport is very bad and not available in most of the part of sikkim?

Hello, I am visiting gangtok. Usually I end up having veg food and a ton of dessert.

Due to religious concerns I only eat non veg if its halal. Is there any place in gangtok that serves halal food.
