This makes it really difficult figuring out whether or not to travel since we have no idea if he will be playing anywhere near us. Even if he is in your city the dates may not work for you and if you wait for an announcement you could miss out on the shortest distance to travel show. Anyone hear the rational for this?

After fighting the Ticketmaster app for Saturday tickets I hopped over to Sunday and was 400 in queue! 10th row section 3 on the floor Foolishly bought two too many tickets lol, hopefully we find a couple to join us or we can move them.
I've always been a fan of the Chris Gaines album and so many of the songs on it are such bangers, but I've never been able to get into the rest of Garth's catalog. Does anyone have any song recommendations for normal Garth songs that are sort of Chris Gaines-y? Does he even have any?
Legitimately asking. He's got such a good voice and I really wish the whole Chris Gaines alter-persona he was trying out would've been more successful because he had such crossover potential into pop/alt rock.
Also a few years ago I saw a headline that he was thinking about re-releasing the Chris Gaines stuff. Has anything come of that or is there any news about a re-release? I'd love it on vinyl.
