Tomorrow - the 7th of the 7th - will be an announcement from GB.....

I read a comment on Facebook and I know it likely has no substance or nothing to back it up but that person said that GB said earlier this year he will be touring in the second half of this year. So tomorrow's announcement will likely be an announcement to go back touring.

How can he move on to a new tour and a new project without finalising the Croke park stuff he was talking about for a long time after the 2022 Dublin gigs? He was the one who spoke for years afterwards that he is producing something and he has seen the footage and it makes him emotional and then he gave a vague release for the autumn and that was in 2024 but then nothing. You would then he would just finalise that part but saying there was a change in plans and it's not going ahead or if it is going ahead giving something substantial with a confirmed release date.

Alan Jackson played his final concert last week and there's stuff in the pipeline for a release this winter. As for Garth Brooks, it doesn't take 4 years to release a concert movie or whatever he was planning on doing. It really is contempt for his Irish fans, to build anticiaption that there would be something about the Croke park gigs just for nothing to ever happen. It's not hard to come out and give a statement that he was planning on doing something with the footage but it didn't work out. Just to close that chapter. That's all.

It's unfortunate, I like his music especially from the 90s but he's an arrogant person and just horrible. I know his die hard fans would likely attack me about that because they can't see him do any wrong.

Edit to add: you don't see any other musician building anticipation for nothing. That swhat he did for years after the Croke park concerts, building anticipation that there was something in the pipeline.

What do we think Garth’s announcement will be next week?

July 7th announcement. I’m hoping he’ll finally add his music to streaming and announce a tour!

What happened to the Croke Park, Dublin footage

He had drones in Croke park filming the gigs and he hinted for years afterwards that there was something being produced and due for release but nothing ever was released. What happened? He said it was due to be released soon that was last year or the year before but nothing happened? Can he not follow it up with a statement that - 'its on hold for now' - whatever or something. Why did he promise something and then nothing? Why did he lie?

What an amazing show! BST London Hyde Park

Forget the rest of any bucket list I may have had…..that was simply an amazing show. Definitely worth the years and years wait. An amazing crowd and an amazing performer.

Thoughts on the London Show from a long time fan

I’ve seen GB at least 8 times including Central Park back in the day and I can say with confidence that this concert was a complete replica of his Vegas show (and no Trisha!). the anecdotes, stories, gimmicks were the same. I thought he would do something special since he was in England but he still insists on singing that tired bob seger song when no one is here for that. in a limited concert we want to hear some Garth bangers.
also. Garth named his firsr child Taylor after James Taylor. Zach Brown Band has a song with James Taylor. I’m shocked Garth didn’t bring Zach out to do some epic James Taylor mash up.
l have seen the twist and shout bit before and it’s old…. It’s tired. In a short concert Garth needs to stop with the shtick..lts corny.
He is so robotic and sticking to the script that he didn’t even acknowledge the football chant as he came for his encore. No one in the states does that sort of chant. But he came out and just spoke his canned script. Had I known that I was just getting a repeat of his Vegas show I wouldn’t have gotten tickets.
But I also really love Zac Brown so he and his band made it worth it for me.

BST tickets?

Has anyone else had trouble loading the tickets on the BST app? It keeps saying my password/email is wrong, I have reset it but its still not working.

I'm getting worried now as I'm travelling over from Ireland for this concert and I don't want to have issues getting in. Any advice welcome?

BST Hyde Park - Getting Home

Advice from those who’ve done all this before please.

Will be getting a pick-up back from the show.

Is it best for us to walk to Paddington and have our pick-up there? We are going West.

Thanks, All! 🙏

BST Hyde Park - AXS resale

I'm absolutely gutted that I can't make it on Saturday anymore so I listed my 2 tickets on AXS official resale for quite a bit below face value (£70 each) but tickets on there still same to be full price.

Just wondering if anyone has used AXS platform to resell their tickets before?

Thanks in advance.

travel disruptions for garths concert at Hyde park

this weekend the piccadilly line isn't running at all so if your planning to use Knightsbridge or Hyde park corner your going to have to use alternative routes nearest tube station excluding those two is green park or its about just under a mile walk from London Victoria.

Just thought i would put out a warning incase people haven't seen

Garth Brooks Hyde Park

Does anyone know what's gonna be happening until he comes on? I'm bringing my 8 year old daughter and I want to know what she'll be able to do? Maybe there's a funfair or a park?
