Like do you guys ever just get upset knowing your quick play game is about to be ruined because you killed the life weaver a single time. Or do you feel flattered knowing they thought you were enough of a threat that they needed to immediately swap. I dont think moira is too difficult to beat as genji but my god is she annoying, especially since they are not swapping to help the team, but to make sure you are miserable.

Since i’ve came back to Overwatch about a month ago, i’ve tried repeatedly to play my main, Genji, and it never feels like i’m doing well on him. I have almost 200 hours on him, i’m level 101, and even with the new “buffs” it still feels awful. My blade doesn’t do any damage, and it feels like i’m playing against at least 2-3 of my counters every single game. I can provide clips or gameplay for more but i just need something to help…

I'm loving this seasons changes to genji. For the first time in a long time he feels more like he always should have. I can get picks and assassinations more reliably and it feels great. Having a little more solo ability and less reliance on ur team (maybe) producing a win/kill condition for you is exactly what Ive wanted since season 9. Now I can't help but fear what I think is inevitable: Someone gets flanked one too many times and now they raise their pitchforks and cry for a genji nerf. And since blizzard historically doesn't have a clue what to do with him he returns to feeling like shit to play all while being technically balanced cause "look at his winrate". I don't mean to sound pessemistic, I just pray to god they don't nerf his burst damage(again) I think that this seasons changes are a good step in the right direction, but I really don't have any trust in blizzard to be able to walk straight. What do y'all think will happen?

so genji isn't very fun to play at the moment and has basically zero solo kill threat / potential unless every engagement is perfect. I was wondering what you guys would think if genji became squisher but actually more lethal? I was considering:

-nerf hp to 225

-decrease deflect duration by 0.25-0.3

-buff shrunken damage by 3

-buff dash by 20

-buff blade to 115 which means you can 2 slash squishies but still need 2 slash dash for 250s

-different perks. for one I was considering a perk that increases his critical hit multiplier slightly? makes headshots more rewarding but isn't a straight buff since you still need to hit headshots

what do you think could also work? I'm definitely on board with a squishier more lethal genji

Instead of Genji hitting people 3 times and they still survive (And him being thankful for surviving extra 2 seconds for having a perk)

Would give him a perk that increases duration of his blade each time it hits someone (Like Ramatras punching perk)

Or even better, give him perk that each time he hits a hero, his blade would get bonus 50 damage until the end of the ult (But the first swing is always base damage)

Edit: I like the idea from comments "Give him few seconds for each takedown instead of hits" aswell
