Charles Daley Park is a disgrace

Starting on July 2nd they're implementing paid parking for access. This has been one of my favorite places since I was a kid and public access should be free, it's always been free

Canada day celebration with music and food at Coronation park - July 1st

Canada Day celebrations will be relocated from the Grimsby Museum grounds to Coronation Park due to ongoing construction activities at the Museum site.

Join us on July 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and enjoy a full day of free, family-friendly activities and entertainment. Attendees can enjoy bounce houses, face painting, live entertainment, music, food vendors, and a variety of activities for all ages as the community comes together to celebrate Canada's birthday.

While the location has changed, residents and visitors can still look forward to the same festive atmosphere and community spirit that have made Grimsby's Canada Day celebrations a cherished annual tradition. Coronation Park offers an ideal setting to accommodate the festivities while ensuring the safety, accessibility, and enjoyment of all attendees.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Looking for dashcam footage or witnesses for a collision in Grimsby

Location: Niagara bound QEW off Ramp/ Christie Street intersection.
Date: Saturday, June 20
Time: Approximately 2:46 PM
Vehicles Involved: Black Subaru Ascent and Red Mazda CX30

The Grimsby Fire Department attended the scene. If you were driving behind either vehicle, waiting at the lights, or have a dashcam that might have captured the traffic light colors at that exact time, please send me a private message. It would be incredibly helpful for the official collision report. Thank you!
