I have a small business that received investment, however, it looks like the investor may want to recoup his entire investment of $500K based on the Tripartite Loan Agreement I signed. I am still in negotiations on repayment -- fingers-crossed.

My fear is they could take all my assets (Condo, car, bank accounts, etc.) -- is there a way to protect myself (especially my Condo)?

I was thinking of somthing like putting my Condo "in trust" to my nephew -- would that asset be protected?

Any other methods to protect my assets?
