Austin Texas Burpee challenge let's knock'em out

Howdy, y'all ! It's Monday, and I was thinking about doing a few burpees, maybe some EMONs or specific goal

I've already committed to 100 burpees today.

I'm up for suggestions, or if you would like me to do burpees in a specific location from Austin or set the amount, let me know or follow along.

I'm open to form check. Sending positive thoughts and vibes. This is something that I've been talking about for a while, and now it's time for me just to do it !

I've been training for this moment to challenge myself also for my father (Howdy)and veterans

Thank you! Stay tuned
