HSBC : Good Cards, Bad Support
I was using HSBC TravelOne Seamlessly until observed a wierd error. The sum of reward points earned doesn’t match with total reward points.
And when tried to connect with HSBC Support, no one was available. Their executives are more like a bot , without understanding the concern they offer standardised copy paste texts. Pure Idiots. I had already dropped a mail a day ago, support is awaited.
I hope, it gets resolved.
