Young Haitian mother from North Miami Beach, FL accused of leaving her 4 young kids home alone while she went on a 3-day cruise youngest baby is 2 months old

29 y/o Nathalie Belizaire, is facing four felony child-neglect charges after police say she left her four children ages 2 months, 2, 7 and 9 home without an adult while she went on a Bahamas cruise for 3 days.
And apparently the only reason anyone found out was because the father of the 2-month-old saw what looked like a cruise ticket on her WhatsApp story.
He says she told him the children were staying with their great-grandmother. He contacted the great-grandmother and learned the kids weren't there.
He went to the apartment, heard the children inside and called 911.
Police and firefighters entered the apartment and found all four children together scared in the bathroom.
Their great-grandmother reportedly told popo that Nathalie was supposed to bring the children to her before leaving, but never did and Nathalie's brother reportedly told popo she asked him to check on the kids, not stay there with them. Police were waiting for her as she was getting off the cruise ship. She was arrested and charged with four felony counts of child neglect.
Nathalie claimed that she did arrange for someone to look after her children and accused her baby daddy of setting her up. But popo say when they entered that apartment, the four children were there alone with no adult in sight.

Someone explain to me why Haitians don't take the Dominican threat seriously
Growing up, honestly I didn't know jack about Dominicans. We classified all Hispanics as the same. Most Haitians I knew didn't gaf about Dominicans, I didn't find out about Haitian and Dominican beef until high school. That said, we just Alofoke send a threat to Haitians and we know plenty of Dominicans have the same exact mindset whether they say it loud. So I'm confused, where is the patriotism? Where is the matched energy? I personally don't care if Dominicans hate Haitians, that's their business and right. But I have a huge problem with Haitians not matching the energy and then in the same vein want to scream 1804 this and that. I've even seen Haitians defending Dominicans amidst this incident and plenty of other incidents, what type of sellout bs is that? It's always excuses, sucking up to Dominicans, trying to kiss up. Do Haitian men not realize that a threat like this is the threat to Haitian mothers, daughters, sisters?
Nothing is ever serious in this culture. We have two countries that have had conflict and violence since both of their existences. One of the most popular media figures in DR just said he wants to enslave Haitians and your response is don't give it attention? If the guy is the most popular guy in DR, tf do you think that means? That means plenty of Dominicans agree with his views. This is the same dumbass mentality that people had about Trump, "oh it's just ragebait". If Haitians in DR weren't so pathetic, Alofoke would've been smoked for even opening up his mouth sideways. Y'all need to get it together on the island otherwise the country of Haiti literally won't exist.
