Anyone else feel like scatter arrows aren't as good into D.mon as they are into Rein?

It seemed like an easy counter at first but from my experience frost arrow seems to be much more effective into her.

Still no change to hanzo this season and I'm losing motivation to play.

It yet again feels like hanzo is being left behind while everyone else is getting minor buffs. Every new hero besides D.mon feels like a direct counter with their thin/broken hitboxes and agile movement that leaves hanzo very little opportunity to escape even with the best reaction times.

He really needs some kind of movement buff or perk change to make him viable.
