Hey everyone,

Can someone explain which plugins are good for creating rawstyle/hardstyle kicks?

I’m also trying to understand how distortion, compressors, soft clippers, and hard clippers work on kicks. I often see producers using these in their mix chains, but I don’t fully understand what each effect actually does and why they are used in that order.

I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain the basics or share some tips, tutorials, or plugin recommendations.

Hey guys,

I'm a hugeee fan of B-front's hardstyle. So much so, that his music inspired me to try and make some tunes of my own. I've been practicing my hardstyle production skills for the past 3 to 4 years or so. My sound design is pretty decent by now, though there is one sound I never achieved. That is ofc the only sound I really wanted to achieve, the ever elusive B-Front signature style. His screeches, braams and leads are like truly incredible. I can't seem to find any tutorials on them though. So I was wondering if anyone here could point me to the right direction.
Tutorials, vids, recipe's of any synth are all welcome. (I'm aware of the harderclass, though I lack liquidity to order it atm)
