...But I am rusty when it comes to making music lol. so...
Its called "Piraty Vibe"
What do you think?
Also my reverse bass and kickdrum are both 3x Osc because I dont have another kick/bass plugin yet... So it'll have to do, and using Fruity fast distortion for distorion of the bass. Yeah I only have default plugins except for some synths like massive or zebra.
I could finally find the notes so I can finally export the midi for chatgpt to give me feedback, since the original .flp is long gone (deleted in like 2013 when I formated my computer)
The 5th to 8th bar (the variation part in the second half of the song) doesnt have the exact correct notes just yet but... Ill fix later, and for now it gives a good impression of the track what it sounds like. ALSO I would like to add and invent a break beat for this track so this is gonna be a complete remake project, which will be theraputic for me.
Feedback on the composition would be appreciated, do note it is aimed at being harder electronic music sooo.. Thanks in advance for proper feedback. I want to compose more melodies but IDK if I am any good at it... so... feedback would be appreciated a bunch!
I want to get back into music... but IDK I thought I left a pretty high bar for myself. Havent made music since I was 17 and I am 31 now. Except for 2 song that are meh I made in 2025. And one song I made in 2021
It still needs some work but I think Ive got a pretty big beat. I just love the bassline. Any feedback on what to change is appreciated, or also interested in knowing if it doesnt resonate with you.
When I listened to the original MP3, I wanted to hear the bass notes better, they are burried by a brass like thing, and that was a major mistake when I did the song. But I didint have the same understanding or perspective of the beat then that I have now.
I made this back in 2011 when I was finishing HS. Got bullied lots in HS which inspired my music. Here is one of my beats. No one from school liked it.
It uses Zebra 2.0 or 2.3?? Dont remember, and toxic biohazzard for the alarm/brass notes in the background.
Drum is Hydra with a camel phat 3 on it.
And I didint own a copy of Massive soo.... nor Sylenth1. Which I would dream about.
And samples for snare/clap/hat/kick-tok are VEC3
I would like honest feedback on it. Whats wrong with it?
Sorry for the ai artwork I added much later in 2024 when I sent it to stores, but here it is for free. Just want feedback please if possible lol. And what impression/experience people get with this track.
I wrote this melody 15years ago when I was 16.
This is my game Perihelion, and its lambert solver.
This is my first version of land aquisition systems in Perihelion.
Perihelion is a game for hardcore space nerds who want to become multi billion dollar space tycoons in simulated real life.
On Earth, all land is essentially Gouvernment issued in various countries.
There are more than 11k cities in the game, each with "Aggregate lots" that simulate bulk economy for the player. The real detailed simulated economy interacts with the aggregate economy to give players balance between large scale and performance.
On Earth everything is easy and the economy is established, but you have to build your space empire funding empire on Earth before you spread to space.
On other bodies, land aquisition is free game, first come first serve. You can setup your own aggregate lots for an aggregate economy to take shape on other worlds, as well as around your assets back on Earth. Say you have a launch pad on Earth, then, you can found a town to supply workforce for it nearby when demand warrants it.
On other bodies everything for foundation has to be braught over from Earth, even supplies/population for your extra-terrestrial base of operations. Essentially founding a colony/city like you would in real life.
This is still unstable build I am still working on lots of other content to finish the full game.
I didint show you the item catalog, but there are currently over 2400 items in the game and some item supply chains have up to 10 manufacturing stages.
For mining, there will be huge dedicate gameplay slice associated with that!
Thanks, hope you look forwards for more.

Here is a drawing/study I did of herrerasaurus.
Idk if the muscles are okay, any feedback would be appreciated!!
Here is Perihelion Flight Dynamics Environment's planetarium demo v2.
There are 1.557million asteroids in the game, this is all known asteroids as of 2026 aug 18. Theyve probably added maybe 0.0005m asteroids since (500).
Satellites use celestrack/spacetrack GP/OMM propagated with SGP4 on the gpu.
Asteroids and satellites are propogated and rendered with the gpu. They do not yet have ephemeris corrections.
Comets dont have tails in this view, but ill fix that soon™️.
Decent fps makes this proof of concept work.
Players will have 1million options for asteroids mining (literally).
Follow for more, gameplay loops to come soon™️.
Inspired by space engine, but has lots more asteroids.
Distinct populations of asteroids are visible, and some scan patterns are visible - especially in the Kuiper belt.
Hope you enjoy!
Real time gameplay at 1million times warp speed!
Real solar system.
Still ironing out some slowness but getting there. I dont think its gpu bottleneck.
Here is the planetarium so far.
The current stage of development of the game is shown in the video.
Im interested in knowing if such a space sim with real orbital mechanics and depicting humanities next steps to colonizing space is a good hook.
Perihelion puts the entire Solar System at your disposal for the next 250 years.
Start on a living Earth economy, build the industries that fund your space program, launch real spacecraft, establish infrastructure beyond Earth, and gradually turn humanity into a Solar-System-wide civilization.
The latest work adds planetary economies and infrastructure networks. Build roads and communications networks, watch traffic and data move through them, and develop cities with perks that affect both quality of life and what your civilization is capable of doing.
Earth isn’t just a launch screen. Its economy is part of the simulation and part of the machine that pays for your ambitions in space.
From there, the challenge becomes much bigger: can you make another world economically viable?
Mine resources. Build infrastructure. Establish industry. Connect settlements. Expand your capabilities. Turn a remote outpost on the Moon or Mars into an economy capable of supporting further expansion.
And all of this sits on top of a simulated Solar System with orbital motion, spacecraft, asteroids and planets moving through time.
Earth is only the beginning.
You have 250 years.
You have one Solar System.
What can you build?
Introducing procedural asteroids version 1!
Plus I can get the resolution needed to see asteroids up close on meter to kilometer scales.
For asteroid procedural generation Im trying to simulate asteroid/comet formation history.
There are no comets yet, im adding comets soon with comet tails. That will be really cool.
Some categories of asteroids will have much less asteroids in them because I will make categories proportional to real populations later.
Magnetic field models used:
Mercury -> Messenger MODM
Venus -> induced conducting ionosphere model
Earth -> IGRF-14 2025 internal field
Mars-> induced ionospheric draping model
Jupiter -> juno JRM33
Saturn -> Cassini 11 axisymmetric field
Uranus -> voyager q3 field
Neptune -> O8 field
space simulator simulates real spacecraft motion, orbital mechanics, and the physics of spaceflight as faithfully as practical.
Kinda like, NASA sends a probe to jupiter. The planning and setting up of orbits and trajectory as gouverned by physics if put in a game would be a space sim. Like “flight simulator” is to flight, or “farm simulator” is to farms.
Not your arcade style stuff where you have like airplane physics in space!!!!
Sheesh.
Here is the planetarium for now, I optimized a lot for nice smooth fps and reasonable ram usage.
