Potted Hedge/Privacy Screen

Looking for hedge plant recommendations. I have a small yard at my new rental and would like to get some potted plants that could provide some privacy from the road. They would need to tolerate full sun. Fast growing and not too expensive would be great too.

Ants in my Plants! West Kauai

I have never had bad ant problems until this year. They are all over my herb plants, banana trees and dragonfruits. I don't think they will harm the bananas and dragonfruits, but they are wrecking my basil plants with their aphid farms. They are all over my Hawaiian Chili peppers also, but do not seem to be damaging. I've been spraying the basil with neem and with Dr Bronner's + cayenne spray; I trim off damaged foliage and spray, and 2 days later they're back again. I can't just poison the whole yard because of pets and birds. Does anybody have any good mana'o?

Meyer lemon

First photo was taken April 13. Other two today 7/7

I planted this guy in the ground ( very wet, but also very sunny climate) HPP Hawai’i. About a mile from the ocean.
When it does rain for a week I’ll water deeply. Aged Chicken manure compost every 3 weeks. That’s about it. I spray neem oil maybe once a month.

It was a nice lush green then, All the new growth shot out the past 2 months, and she had maybe 30 flowers I was told to take off so it could focus on its roots( which I regret now) .. should I? I left two on, that are both growing pretty thick now. Then slowly over the coarse of the last few weeks this yellowing has really start to come on. Maybe it’s getting drowned out. Not sure. Thank you!

A little crowd favorite, or so it seems, Aria. She summertime fine.

I literally just left my yard from pollinating this crowd favorite, Aria. I used Jellybean Breeze to pollinate the one in the far right, Robles Red to pollinate the middle and Sin Espiñas for the one on the left. We shall see how it goes. Wish me luck you all. I labeled right underneath the stems (and using this post as a journal) because I'll forget what I used 😂😂🤦🏾‍♂️ laugh at my pain but I'm certain you all do it too right!? Sending good vibes out to you all.

I'm not gonna lie, I got self conscious with the weeds surrounding my plants so I did a little removal of them. Full disclaimer because I like to highlight the pitfalls as well as the peaks. I also used a soap and hydrogen peroxide mix to treat the thrips that have been kicking my ass. Pray for my little babies y'all 😂😂😂 but also marvel at their beauty because got damn they are beautiful!!!!
