hi guys, just picked up the game while its on sale where i am.

been wanting to play for a while but have no idea where to start. i am a decently shy person so mic is hard but the game seems super fun. not the lone wolf type i do wanna help, just find mic to be a bit daunting (bad experiences in the past dont help)

can anyone suggest some welcoming servers in the aus/nz region to play on for a complete beginner.

I get that Hell Let Loose relies heavily on communication and teamwork, but it's really frustrating getting flamed or kicked for not using a mic. I'm a young female player, and literally every time I try to talk on voice comms,I either get criticized, harassed, or not taken seriously at all. I admit that my English accent really sucks, but how am I supposed to play if all I get is hate? And then people get mad for not using the mic.
I ping to help the squad as much as I can, but using voice comms just isn't worth the toxic reactions. And of course I can mute them, but if i need to talk to my squad leader about something, and he is muted, how do I do it? So please, try to be more welcoming to teens and especially female teens, we’re really few in this game and it’s really hard to play. I am not criticising anybody. Just telling to be more respectful towards young people on this game. Anybody got any advices?

I play HLL and have some experience playing infantry. I know the basics of artillery, and have no experience of tanks/armored divisions. I’m looking for a squad or organized group to play with. I am tired of getting on and joining randoms that either; are the lone wolf type and do not have any sense of team work. Or don’t have/refuse to use mic’s.

I am level 49 (I think) I’ll have to double check. I am not an expert by any means but I do enjoy the game.

My son is 12 years old and has really been enjoying playing Hell Let Loose lately. He has fun with the game, but we've noticed that a lot of the players he ends up meeting seem to be much older.

I was wondering if there are other parents here with kids around the same age who play, or if there are any kid-friendly groups, clans, servers, or communities for younger players. I'd be more comfortable with him playing with kids around his age than playing with adults.

I love hell let loose and consider myself a decent player, however the last two times I've jumped on I've ended up getting getting "banned for abuse". Both times have been because of a accidental friendly fire. Both times it's the first team kill and only of the match. In a game with friendly fire and it being very easy to kill a teammate by accident I feel server admins are just getting a bit to ban happy.

The most recent was with 5 mins left on defence and having played all the game until then with multiple garrisons and op's destroyed then the enemy some how get a garrison right next to our HQ in the back.

Proceed to spawn there and immediately see 3 enemy's running around, try to shoot one and hit a teammate who has just spawned. 2 minutes later subsequently kicked and banned because I'm guessing that one team kill. Can server admins be a bit more considerate or at least use your brain when handing out bans ? Just lost a whole games progress and left a super bitter taste after playing for an hour to get banned for that in the last 5 mins for a match I was doing pretty well in.

All week about 90% of the time it's the map Driel! What's going on?
