This game has weird network issues to the point where I can’t play with a controller on my TV, it forces me to play keyboard and mouse on my PC monitor.

What a joke? These are the AAA servers? My Gacha games have better net-code than this billion dollar garbage.

Yes sure I have a very unique set-up but doesn’t change the fact the game is trying to blame my poor internet connection on me vs itself. 🤷 Can anyone else comment how terribly funny horrible it is, it can’t just be me right?

$28 for marathon versus $25 for Destiny 2 and all of its DLC. Who is the business guru making these financial decisions.

Whenever you point out how Marathon is doing "worse" than Highguard, that might be TECHNICALLY correct, but it's so disingenuous!!!

First of all, Highguard was a free to play game, so OF COURSE it had a HIGHER player count that Marathon!!!

Please ignore that Marathon is free right now.

Secondly, Highguard was shown off at a game show! Marathon didn't do that!

Once again, please ignore this being recently shown to at least 5 million people so my argument remains valid.

Forth, and this is the REAL big one btw, have you ever considered even for a fucking second that perhaps people are... busy? Perhaps... please have jobs? Perhaps people.... go to school? Perhaps people.... sleep? Huh? Ever thought of that?

No? Then how about this, ever considered that maybe the vast majority of people on Earth are too busy playing other games, huh!? Like Slay the Spire 2 and Subnautica 2 both launched in early access and together had over a MILLION players alone. Nevermind every other game on Earth that's currently being played RIGHT NOW as I type this. People are just WAY TO BUSY playing OTHER GAMES to have time to play Marathon!

And lastly, have you EVER even considered that Marathon was developed by a legendary studio that made a lot of people's childhoods with the original Halo and Destiny? You honestly can't expect their newest game to have nearly as much players as indie games in early access, or having anywhere near the same player count as Highguard, which, REMINDER, came from a studio no one gave a fuck about and the game was releasing to NO audience!

It's seriously unfair to expect Marathon to do better than Highguard because Marathon came from a very established studio and was releasing to an already existing fanbase!

Ran a 5k and had a blast
