Is there a phonetic difference between ँँ (chandrabinoo) and ं(bindu). They seem to be playing the same role in the words जहाँ and लड़कों, that is, both of them are nasalising the preceding vowel. Although in the word रंग the bindu is making a consonant sound.

I'm acting in a Hindi short film next month. I am playing on of the leads. I need to fix my hindi speaking.
I can understand and speak Hindi good mostly. (A few grammatical errors here and there) Whenever I speak, my bengali accent comes it and it feels very low confident and unnatural. Bengali accent is not bad or anything. But my role requires a natural hindi. Is it possible to fix my dialect in 1 month? Please help me, I am feeling really down, I need get myself prepared for it because it my dream. Please give me tips to fix my hindi.

हिन्दी मृतप्राय है?
ये है हमारे तथाकथित हिंदी अखबारों का हाल। अधिकांश शब्द अनावश्यक रूप से अंग्रेजी से उधार लिए गये हैं , कोई पढ़ा लिखा संपादक उसे हिंदी में लिख सकता है।

Need a advice
Which version should I go for? Hindi or English? to learn urdu.
My life around English: was a semi convent school kid, watched a lot of Hollywood, read English fantasy novels, philosophy novels. uses english communication only with people who don't know hindi/local.
My life around hindi: Hindi sirf likha aur padha school level tak, almost pura bollywood cover kiya hai, hindi books k naam pe sirf Gaban & godaan padhi hai (recent), otherwise mein Hindi mein zyada confident hu communication mein but i feel like i lack so many hindi words in my communication aur Hindi/urdu seekhe ka naya showk bhi chada hai
Any opinion & advice are welcome
