Finally joining the CB gang! 🏍️✨
My first bike ever, the Honda CB350RS! It’s been a month since I bought it and honestly, I’m loving every single ride with it. The smooth engine, the exhaust note, the road presence… everything just feels special.
Still finding excuses to go on random rides 😂
Happy to finally be part of the CB family!
Rear chain wobbling
Noticed this wobble while cleaning my bike chain, is this something to worry about? If yes what is the solution for this?
Less than 2 month old bike, 1st service done
Disappointed with honda service center
After getting my second service (no oil changed)
My rear brakes were making some noise when applied ,
Got it fixed yesterday day and now there's another noise coming from the rear wheel or maybe brakes at slow speeds
Went to the service center and told him about that ,he told "aisa awaj toh ay ga woh brakes touch hota hai iske liye" I told him 6 mahine se chala raha hu nahi aya aj aya hai sirf 10 saal purana gadi bhi itna awaj nahi karta
Guys is it that sound normal on low speeds(initial speed of 1st gear) ?
Minor accident
Some random tempo rider rammed into my silencer while I was taking a turn 😭
What are my options here?
Eco mode never turning on and Bike is giving very poor mileage
I bought my CB350RS in January, it ran fine till April but suddenly it dropped mileage to like 15-20. Previously it used to give around 30.The instrument cluster is showing mileage 30 but in real world i am only getting 15-20.Exhaust sound has also changed.I have also noticed that the eco mode is never turning on no what what gear and what speed.
M23 - Confused
M23, based in Bangalore.
When I first moved here, I had a Honda SP 125. It didn’t take long to realise it doesn’t quite fit this city. I’m from a place where bike culture isn’t a big thing, but in Bangalore, you notice it immediately. It’s not about comparing with others, it’s more about how your own expectations shift.
Over the past three months, commuting daily, I’ve seen a lot of bikes. A few stood out, but the one that really stuck with me is the Honda CB350RS. I’ve always been sure I don’t want a Royal Enfield. The other options I’m considering are the Triumph Speed 400 and the Triumph Scrambler 400 X. They’re more expensive than the CB350RS, but still tempting.
That said, there’s something about the CB350RS I can’t really explain. Every time I see one on the road, it just feels right.
My priorities are clear: reliability, comfortable upright riding posture, and something practical for daily use. I’m not into aggressive riding. I usually stay between 40–70 km/h, occasionally touching 100. I’ll be riding around 30 km daily, so I need something that balances practicality with a bit of passion.
Would appreciate honest feedback.

Honda H'ness CB350 Front Sprocket Mod Review: Swapping Stock 14T to 13T
I want to share my experience after changing the front sprocket on my Honda H'ness CB350 from the stock 14T to a 13T sprocket. I purchased it from GP Racing Chennai for Rs. 1,950 (Rs. 1,500 + GST). They also offer shipping if you contact them directly.
Installation & Setup
The installation process was incredibly straightforward. I took the sprocket to my local mechanic, and the swap was completed within 15 minutes. Just keep in mind that you will need a proper chain adjustment immediately after installing it.
Performance & Ride Quality
The main goal of this mod was to address the notorious tall gearing of the CB350, and it completely transforms the bike's characteristics.
- Low-End Torque & Pickup: The improvement in torque was immediately noticeable. The pickup has improved greatly. In 2nd gear, the bike now pulls easily from 15 kmph, whereas it used to lug heavily below 20 kmph on the stock sprocket.
- City Commuting: This is where the mod shines. You no longer need to constantly shift between 1st and 2nd gear in heavy traffic. I can now comfortably clear speed humps in 2nd gear without having to downshift to 1st. It makes overtaking in the city quick and effortless.
- 5th Gear Usability: The 5th gear is finally usable and feels perfect. The bike picks up easily from 50 kmph and feels smooth above 55 kmph. Previously, it would lug and demand a downshift anytime the speed dropped below 60 kmph.
- Cruising: Cruising in 5th gear at 80 kmph is perfectly smooth. The engine experiences zero strain, and the bike hits its peak fuel efficiency at this sweet spot.
Mileage
If your city riding stays below 80 kmph, your mileage will actually improve because you are shifting significantly less. In medium city traffic, I am currently getting a solid 37 to 38 kmpl.
Negatives
- High-Speed Highway Riding: If you frequently ride above 90 kmph in 5th gear, the engine revs noticeably higher than before. This will negatively impact your fuel efficiency during long highway stretches.
Summary
Pros:
- Excellent for city riding and navigating traffic below 80 kmph.
- Makes the bike feel much smoother, punchier, and allows you to use the power band effectively.
- Completely fixes the main pain point of the bike's tall gearing.
Cons:
- Higher RPMs and dropped mileage at sustained highway speeds above 90 kmph.
Final Verdict: Overall, the characteristics of the bike have vastly improved. I highly recommend this modification to any CB350 owner, unless your primary usage involves long-distance highway touring at high speeds.
Anything to worry about? I only saw this once a couple of days ago and then never again.
Something seems to have dripped on the floor near the front sprocket. But I've never seen it before or after that day so now I wonder if it's from a different vehicle or not.
Suggest accessories
So i need all 3 items for my cb350rs so it's rebel red metalic colour and i want to change the stock mirror they're not looking that good on motorcycle without mirror it looks more wider and it looks good but not practical for both traffic rules and daily commute so i was think of changing it to some bar end mirror but still confused wether i should go for up or down and one full face retro helmet it should match with bike asthetic and one pair of gloves

How quick should I reach out to service centre… it is bit far… I sense no issue and everything is normal… I did not put centre stand or stg … just got this while I was riding 😕
