It seemed like all of the fit 5 pros are metal but opening the watch I realized it’s basically white. The bezel is silver but all the other parts are white.
Total disappointing. I wanted to order the gold one but it does have the orange decoration which is horrible especially we finally won over Fidesz in Hungary, and never thought about the black one since I never liked all black items.

I bought Fit 3 (NFC) Apr 2025, the watch is still great. Accurate with the running data. Recently wanted to purchase Fit 5 pro but saw the price tag. Found it to be not worth it. Got GT 6 pro instead May 2026. That Titanium strap is just perfect. Appropriate for outdoor running as well as in a formal setting. Already got a bunch of compliments. You should've look at their reactions once they heard "it's Huawei". The HRV, ECG is on par with the Apple watch Series 11.
Only complaints I have is the animation on the ECG looks very cheap (image 4 and 5). Why is there a rectangular image in the middle and not a round one? Lazy devs didn't bother updating the image for the rounded watch. That halo "updating vertical bar" with the heartbeat does not have a smooth blur (Asymmetrical) in front of the transition and it is very apparent on the watch face. Nitpicking now but for the price, I'd say it is worth asking for it.
With full brightness and everything turned to the max, I usually get a max of 6-9 days (depending on the usage). Pretty neat!
Got 2 opportunities to go for a swim on a pool with the GT 6 Pro (didn't go for a dive and was above 1 ATM). Works great!
Fit 3 had a huge flaw; the screen protection is not good. 1 tiny hit cracked the screen by a little bit (you can see on the first image, top right) but still works fine and it is negligeable for me. The 2nd Image is when I bought it. The watch face on the 2nd image is custom "CMF by nothing ported".
Looking for really good (elegant) custom Watch Faces for GT 6 Pro, if anyone knows "anything or anywhere, groups" I can find, that would be very helpful.

Hey, guys. I have been attempting to synchronize my Huawei Health data with Strava. However, Strava does not appear under Data Sharing and Authorization unless it is installed and I am logged in on my phone. Only Adidas Running shows up.I'm aunign HONOR and installed Huawei Health from AppGallery. Has anyone faced this kind of problem? How did you fix it?

Is there truly no way to get notification images on a GT6 from an android device? I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra.
I've tried Notify for Huawei and Gadgetbridge . No matter what I try there are no ways to see pictures that are part of the notification.
This is a dealbreaker for me since many of my notifications are from home security systems.
This seems like a bit of a ridiculous oversight considering almost all other smartwatch brands (Amazfit, Galaxy, Garmin) support it.
Really appreciate if anyone has any insights on how to get it working.

I recently purchased the new HUAWEI Watch GT Runner 2. After testing it, I have to say that the hardware, design, lightweight feel, and dual-band GPS accuracy are absolutely outstanding. Huawei has done an incredible job with the hardware.
However, coming from dedicated triathlon watches, I am finding the software a bit too restrictive for multi-sport training. I would love to see Huawei address two crucial limitations in future HarmonyOS updates:
The GT Runner series is meant to bridge the gap between smartwatches and high-performance sports watches. Adding these two simple software tweaks would completely open up the device to the entire global triathlon community.
I am sending this feedback to Huawei support, but I wanted to share it here as well. If there are any other swimmers, duathletes, or triathletes here who feel the same way, please upvote this so we can get the development team's attention!
Huawei Watch GT 6 user here. Saw the Fit 5 Pro announcements and really interested in:
- Micro-workouts (interactive short exercises)
- 3rd-party app integration (Tennix, Goodshot, PickleX, Memo Football, etc.)
Will these come to GT 6 via OTA?
Here's what's confusing: Fit 5 Pro (lower-tier line) has Diabetes Risk Study / non-invasive glucose monitoring, but my GT 6 (higher-tier) doesn't have it and only got 1-2 minor updates since launch.
Only the GT 6 Pro has this feature?
Why is a lower-tier device getting health features that the regular GT 6 doesn't?

I used to get 8-9 days of battery life from this watch *easily*. Consistent 7% drain during the day, another 3-5% in the night. No sweat. It used to last so long that I often forgot that it even had a battery and ran out sometimes because I forgot to charge it.
Then suddenly after the update, it barely gets 2 days now. With the amount that drains in one night without even me wearing it and the watch doing absolutely nothing, I used to get two entire days.
This is so awful it isn't even planned obsolescence anymore, its forced obsolescence. Worse than apple.
Like do they think this'll end up with me buying another huawei watch or something? I'll just get a samsung. At least with them the 2 day battery life gets you almost a second entire smartphone on your wrist, so many more features. That and they don't brick your watch with an update after 2 years to sell you another one.

So I just rebooted my watch this morning because I wasn't getting notifications.
After it booted up it went straight to a default watchface and all of my downloaded ones were lost.
What I can't stand is that I lost my favorite one, All Time. And it's not available anymore for download, since apparently they removed it from the store months ago
Has any of you had that happen to your watches?
Is there any way to get that watch face back?
