Gradient light strip controller box replacement?

Hi everyone my gradient light strip stopped working we barely used it like I’m taking about maybe 50 hours. I’ve tired everything, new outlet, new power bars, turning the sync box on and off, but I think the controller box is the issue and I got in contact with Philips and I bought the light in 2022 and they said it would only last 3 years anyways because it was made in 2021?? Please help if you know where I can buy any replacement or what I should do 🙏

Lost connection to everything

After years of working flawlessly it lost connection to all my bulbs... this is when I learn the bulb limit and I had 55 total.

So I bought a Pro bridge and now I cannot even connect one bulb. The migration would not reach anything, adding to just the pro bridge won't even register a scan or entered code.

At this point the stress sweat is dripping off of me. My whole home is hue and has been for over a decade. Do I chuck it and call it a lesson?

Motion Lights not turn off

Not sure what I'm doing wrong or anyone wise have this issue?

My motion lights will turn on great after detecting motion. But they will not turn off. I've set them to be off after 10 mins. But they stay on regardless.

Anyone able offer advice or tips, please?

Post discussing Hue network architecture removed without explanation?

u/Human -Cook - I saw your thread asking why it’s necessary to have to many outbound connections from your Hue bridge. Now I want to know why that thread was mobbed with downvotes and then quietly removed.

Eloquent network architecture is a goal we should all appreciate. Learning about Hue’s approach is an extremely on-topic inquiry. I’m truly concerned for why such a conversation would merit censorship.

Please let me know.

Help with Hue Motion Sensor Settings

I installed a Hue motion sensor today and I'm frustrated by my inability to get the settings I want.

I have a split-level house with a small upstairs hallway that can identify motion anywhere in the hallway all the way down to the foot of a short staircase. During the day and night, I'd like motion to turn on lights in my foyer (down the steps), upstairs hallway, and primary bedroom. After I go to bed, I'd like motion to only trigger the bathroom (next to primary bedroom) light strip with red light.

The app keeps forcing me into using zones instead of individual rooms/lights. And so I have to input settings for the entire zone, which doesn't allow me to only turn on the late night bathroom Hue strip.

Surely I'm missing something and do not need another sensor? I've looked online for tutorials, but most mention HueLabs, which I know isn't available anymore. Thanks for any help for links, suggestions, and advice.

Hue Solo strip - PSU 3pin

Hi all

I bought some Hue led strips on Amazon EU forgetting they would arrive with eu plugs rather than the 3pin BS standard I need.

Does the typical 24v 1A 5.5mm x 2.1mm PSU I see on Amazon work?

Here is a picture of the part I need to replace.

Any advice is appreciated

Hue Bridge question

Got a used Hue Bridge and the middle light is noticeably dimmer.

Functionally I have added it to my Apple Home and it seems to be working.

Is this normal? I assumed the lights would all be the same brightness.

I revived my 2015 Hue app. Now it turns your room into a haunted house (free Halloween scene, iPhone + Apple TV)

Back in 2015 I made Palettes, one of the early Hue light-show apps (~100k downloads), then life got busy and it disappeared from the App Store. This fall I rebuilt it from scratch, and found 2,000+ people still had the old version on their phones.

The idea now: an animated scene with music plays on your phone or Apple TV, and your Hue lights act out the story. In the Haunted Manor, a ghost passes through the room bulb by bulb, three knocks dim the lights, and a Boo! button flashes every bulb at once (my kids won't stop pressing it).

There's a pumpkin patch scene that's completely free to play, and every other scene has a free preview. Just needs a Hue Bridge.

Dimmest smart light

I saw this question asked a couple years back but I want to know if there are newer dimmer versions.
I’m basically in search of a smart gu10 light bulb but I want the dimmest possible. Since I want to use it as a night light when I’m reading something at night but the hue bulb I have now I still really bright.
