Has anyone successfully applied for another job with a higher salary offer and asked ICON to match it in order to stay? If so what's the process?

Hello, I’m currently seeking a CTA entry level job for the CDMX offices, I’m a mexican with a biotechnology engineering degree and some clinically relevant certifications, however there is little to no information available on, salary, workload, hours, or how much do hiring processes usually take place, so if anyone could share their experiences with ICON at the mexico offices you would really help me out, thanks!

Hey all, I received a request to do a self-paced assessment for ICON 31July for a role at ICON.

I've checked a few times now to see my feedback, since I've never completed anything like this before.. but as of today, it's still listed as pending.

I'm curious how long your turnaround times were for your self-paced assessments. Is taking 2 weeks or more to grade results typical, or do you think I'm being ghosted?
