POV: You're trying not to say what you're really thinking in the meeting. 😭

I had to go and proove myself to be right..
In 2023 I created a meme with the thesis that most INTP are undiagnossed (I wrongfully called it "misstyped") autistic people. Earlier this year I got diagnossed with ADHD (inative type) and a high possibility of level 1 autism. I'm still in screenings for autism but it's very likely. In 2023 I considered myself a neurotypical, healthy INTP... I was masking so hard I got even myself fooled into believing I was. That is, untill I could no longer keep up the mask 2 years ago and had to seek professiobal help. Now I've unmasked and started loving myslef, knowing what I need instead of just acting as if I'm fine and not struggling. I wish I had known earlier instead of making memes to cope.
