I think he just got lucky. I also don't think it was scripted. Samay asking about the uniform was probably becoz he already knew it wasn't allowed considering he's a stand-up comedian nd after everything that happened with him last time he is really hesitated to speak it is seem apparently.

Are IGL participants going to be influencers going forward?

In S1, most participants were randos, therefore the name "Latent".

Seeing more "influencers" or industry insiders or just planted contestants these days. The north east participant is a popular influencer and her manager posted this and also spoke about "working" in the episode

Unpopular Opinion: Chandan wasn't funny

Chandan's jokes were repetitive, punching down, very comedy-night-with-kapil-ish (fatshaming, homophobic, gharelu bhindi jokes that my parents probably would enjoy)

I think a lot of people liked him because he was soft-spoken and he probably has nostalgic value attached to him. Also, the shock value that someone from a clean comedy background is doing such jokes might be entertaining.

None of the panelists in the episode were funny including Samay cracking the chai joke over and over again. Meh.

Watched Alpha w Samay!!!

Just watched Alpha with Samay Raina, Balraj and their parents and families.
What a fun experience. Samay is sooo cool and chill guy off the camera mann
Even balraj is really a gentleman, he clicked photos w everyone even though it was getting chaotic and crowdy
He even video called Aliaa Bhat
Got to see both of their parents as well, they are so cute and innocent.
10/10 day, they given provided w free popcorn,samosas and pepsi.
Samay even sang “Oye Hoye Kya scene hai” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

In S1 when the intro comes and then music hits. Without music, it feels empty and I feel I started watching latent from the middle. Is it only me or others also fell this?

Jeni's habit of saying "yes, sir" and saluting. No one asked her about this 😭

She was responding with "yes, sir" and salute when answering (sometimes when the salute wasn't even required). It's cute and funny 😂

I was very curious about this mannerism of hers. No one on the panel asked about this.

Did anyone find out why she does this?
