If Atom-Eve never had an abortion in the first place, is it likely that she would have given birth to a boy? If Mark and Eve had a son, do you think their male child would look identical or very similar to Mark Junior? Was his original purpose in the comics to be some kind of substitute for Mark and Eve's aborted baby?

If Atom-Eve was already in the early stages of pregnancy when Invincible fought the Conquest, does that mean the Conquest "unknowingly aborted" her baby? When the Conquest impaled Eve and punched a hole in her stomach, he also destroyed her womb and fetus. If Mark had later found out that the Conquest killed his and Eve's unborn child, it would have given Mark even more reason to hate him.

Genuine question, her biology confuses me

Was thinking earlier since it's been on my mind more recently, if Oliver had been affected as well as Mark what do you think would have happened?

I mean, we can see how some of the other heroes are looking at Bulletproof in a weird way for hugging up on Mark’s girl like that, kind of surprised Oliver, who would easily beat Bulletproof, didn’t say anything
