I got TEAATB signed by all three members and Sharon Udoh last night!

They hung out for a while after the show, which was cool of them. I also got a picture with Daveed. I’ve been a fan since the Wriggle EP, but this was my first opportunity to see them live. I honestly can’t tell what William Hutson’s signature actually says.

Open Mike Eagle absolutely killed it, by the way, and the stuff off of his upcoming album (drops this Friday) was amazing.

Show in Atlanta last night was electric

High level crowd energy, and it just kept increasing throughout the set. Love that they played a smaller venue (Terminal West, capacity 625). Sharon Udoh was there and she is sublime. Open Mike Eagle was solid as well. What a great night.

I’m planning to build a tool that automatically clips long videos into short-form clips. You’d simply provide the timestamps for the sections you want, and the tool would generate the clips for you.

Anyone actively doing clipping willing to share how it actually works?

Been seeing a lot of buzz around clipping — cutting podcast/stream/long-form content into shorts for TikTok/Reels/YT Shorts, sometimes for a cut of views, sometimes flat fee. Looking to actually understand it from someone who's in it, not just YouTube tutorial fluff.

Few things I'm curious about:

  • How are you finding creators/brands to clip for? Cold DMs, Discord servers, referrals?
  • What tools/editing workflow do you use to keep turnaround fast?
  • Biggest mistake you made early on?

Not trying to get spoon-fed a business plan, just want to learn from someone actually doing the work instead of guessing. Happy to return the favor if you ever need dev/technical help — I'm a full-stack dev, so if you've got a tracker, dashboard, or automation idea for managing clients/clips, I can probably build it.
