FINALLY PUT MY 2 WEEKS

I did it. Finally put in my 2 weeks after 1 year at the company. I am surprised I even lasted this long as I was already seeing the red flags and chaos of how disorganized and toxic it truly was here. I found a remote opportunity with 20K salary increase. I truly am so grateful, I hope for those of you that are stuck, just know the right job is out there. I hope the best for you all in your search.

Completed SEP internship at JPMC India (June 2026 cohort) - getting a bit nervous about PPO timeline

I recently completed the SEP internship at JPMorgan Chase India from the June 2026 cohort. There were around 208 interns across India in the SEP program this year.

Honestly, I'm getting a bit nervous now because I'm currently not able to fully focus on campus placements until I know the PPO/return offer result.

For previous SEP interns:

By when can we usually expect the PPO/return offer results after the internship ends?

What are the general chances of getting a return offer?

Also, to the fellow interns from the June 2026 cohort who interned with me, are you all feeling the same uncertainty right now, or have you received any updates from your teams?
