I recently completed the SEP internship at JPMC India (June 2026 cohort) and had a quick question for previous interns and interns from other locations.

When can we usually expect the PPO/return offer results after the internship ends?

In previous years, I've heard the conversion rate was generally 95%+ for SEP interns, but since the full-time cohort hiring was cancelled this year, do you think it could affect the conversion rate for our batch as well?

Also, I heard that some interns in the US and UK may have already received their results. If that's true, how did the results look there, and what was the approximate conversion rate?

I recently completed the SEP internship at JPMorgan Chase India from the June 2026 cohort. There were around 208 interns across India in the SEP program this year.

Honestly, I'm getting a bit nervous now because I'm currently not able to fully focus on campus placements until I know the PPO/return offer result.
