Warhounds drew my interest on Steam, but I didn't buy it. After a bit of Googling, I found out that the company that currently publishes the game has strong Russian ties, despite being listed as based in the US.

Given the tendancy for despotic regimes to use tech to monitor its citizens and foreigners and Russia's decades-long history of hacking banks and other institutions around the world, would YOU trust this game on your hard drive?

As much as I'd love to see another JA title, one that brings things into the modern era with less whimsy, I don't think I can bring myself to install a piece of Russian software.

Thoughts? Am I being irrational?
